The cabin was great. Clean. It is very remote, we liked that. 30 minute drive for anything. Very tight up and down gravel/dirt road access. My wife and daughter would not drive it, but my sons and I liked it. The cabin was small, but well laid out and felt larger than it was.Suggestions: There was lots of information at the cabin when we arrived, but not the wifi password. We had to wait until the next day to get that. The outside garbage can was already almost half full when we arrived. With a group of 5 staying for a week, we ran out of garbage can space when checking out and had to separate out larger item to bring with us. This was difficult with an already full car. We could not get the living room ceiling fan or front porch light to work. Back porch was great. All but 1 of the pans were scratched so that the non stick/Teflon was flaking, we only used the one pan that was ok. Kitchen was well stocked. Master bathroom door was very difficult to close and lock, and the door to the closet with the washer/dryer would open about half way as it drags on the floor. On the map it looked like it was close to the Taccoa river as we were planning to go fishing. While only few hundred yards away through the woods, there is strangely no apparent path down to the river. There is a nature path that does not go down to the river. The above things were minor, I mention for possible repairs/improvements. We had a great vacation and thank you for making the cabin available to us.
