« Great place to stay!! This house worked perfectly for our 4 day fairground event. The house is clean and comfortable, and the location is exceptional to downtown Perry and to the fairgrounds. Would/will stay again for our next horse competition.PS - awesome and safe yard for the pets, and appreciate the small touches of dog leashes, many plug extensions, and k cups for the adult coffee drinkers. »

« I thought that this stay was adorable. I saw a review that another individual wrote giving the property a 2/10 but stating they never actually went inside. The stay is located in an older run down "hood" area that is currently receiving upgrades. But the house is on a dead end street, and the area didn't seem unsafe by any means. If you can get past where it is located, the interior is pretty perfect. The house was extremely clean, everything was stocked and you have access to just about...

« We had an awesome birthday get away! 3 nights! The beautiful sunsets each night was spectacular! Ms Ann was very attentive to our needs! »

« The property was very clean and had a great view, especially at sun set. There was a pet fee which we were unaware of until we started our stay, didn't like the surprise, it was more then the cleaning fee. We had a couple of other issues, one being wifi, but the property owner was quick to reply each time I reached out. We would stay there again, just not bring our pets. Beds were very comfortable. »

« Just needed a place to crash for the night. Arrived at 11pm to find the back door wide open?? Had to sleep on the couch downstairs because the a/c upstairs wasn’t working. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for either. Property has a lot of potential, but should have been better considering the price. »
