"Das Zimmer war gut und auch groß. Die Lage perfekt, da man vom Hotel zu Fuß nach Circula Quey gehen kann und auch zum Darling Harbour. Die Stadtbahn fährt 2 Straßen weiter und auch zur Metro ist es nicht weit. Es waren allerdings Baustellen drum herum. Aber der Lärm hielt sich in Grenzen. Das Hotel können wir definitiv empfehlen! "

"A modern hotel with a welcoming entrance and very friendly staff. After more than 24 hours of flights and layovers from Germany, we were warmly greeted by Tim and offered water. Tika took care of our luggage until check-in. We visited a nearby mall and were allowed to check in early since the room had been prepared. One evening, after arriving with soaked shoes due to bad weather, I was given paper to stuff them. The staff really tries to make guests feel welcome. The room was clean and practical, with storage under the bed. The layout made it a bit awkward to climb over a partner to get out of bed. USB sockets were very useful. The automatic blinds often moved up and down by themselves, which was distracting. The room had a view of a parking lot. The shower had good water pressure and warm water, though the glued-on shower gel holder fell one night. It was bothersome that there was no separate sink in the bathroom. Water dispensers near the elevator were handy, but no place was provided to set down glass bottles while filling. Free parking is available about a 15-minute walk away. Public transport is just five minutes on foot."

"Very good experience. We stayed for seven days and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious with a great view to the harbour bridge. The in-house bars - The treasury and Aster - are two experiences not to miss. The housekeeping staff was stellar to every little detail (e.g. they rolled up my charging cable from my laptop needly). I would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Sydney."

"The service was exceptional even for a 5 star hotel and Australia which both are generally on a high level. The views (especially from the upper floors) are breathtaking. There are so many things I couldn't take advantage of because I stayed too short. Next time, that mistake needs to be fixed by my planning. There are a few hotels that are closer to Circular Quay (Oh.. spelling in English...my appologies for any/many mistakes) and parking is the most expensive in Sydney (at least I did not see any higher rates and they are only until 3 pm no matter when you arrive) but other than that this place is paradise and top of my list."

"Ruhiges Zimmer trotz Blick auf Schnellstraßen, freundlicher aufmerksamer Service, sehr gute Zimmerreinigung, gute zentrale Lage nahe Chinatown und Darling Harbour. Wegen Public Holidays leider überfüllter Frühstücksbereich mit geringerer Auswahl an Essen und Tellern und um zehn Uhr wurde bereits abgeräumt."
