Overall a nice property but with a little investment and better management it could be so much better. We’ve stayed at several properties in North Naples and Bonita Springs and we were highly disappointed that this property which calls out its accessibility to the beaches has no beach chairs, umbrellas, or coolers for use. A minor investment that would be highly appreciated and useful. Another annoyance was that despite touting the pool as a major attraction, you have to request and pay extra to heat the pool. We did so, but it took until the third day for it to be warm enough to use which amounted to 20% of our stay that we couldn’t use the pool. It seems reasonable to assume that if you pay to heat the pool that it would be heated and ready to go upon arrival. Also, despite having capacity for 6-8 adults, there were only 2 noodles for adult use. Why not have 4-6? They’re cheap! Having said that, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, plates and silverware, there are plenty of pillows and blankets, and there was generally good supplies provided. Beds had memory foam “inserts” that our group didn’t care for. We had Wi-Fi issues on arrival but management was responsive. Less responsive when we reported a broken toilet seat…we ended up taping it ourselves to prevent the constant pinching it was causing. Still wasn’t addressed prior to departure which was seven days after reported.
