This home is absolutely dreamy!!Stunning in every way! We stayed here with two other families and it had something for everyone! We loved having the pool table and ping pong table for entertainment. The pool and spa were great as well and the view is beautiful!!This was our first time to Bonita Springs and it’s a beautiful little beach town . Would absolutely stay again!!!

This home made for an amazing family vacation. It was so well appointed in every way. So spacious. Large, clean and comfortable - bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, etc. The lanai, with auto-screens, was perfect for family time, sunsets, and every meal. The pool area was beautiful, private, and very clean. The use of the garage, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. made for easy trips to beach access at the front of McLaughlin Blvd. Bonita Beach doesn’t have much to do in the town itself, but an easy drive to Naples and Bonita Springs. Amanda quickly responded to any questions. We loved our stay and look forward to our next. -Mike H.

Graduation celebration.

We took my son and 4 of his friends for a beach vacation for their high school graduation. The house was perfect. They had the whole top floor to themselves which gave them plenty of privacy. They rode bikes to the beach everyday and enjoyed the pool and game room at night. I have rented a lot of houses through the years and this was the best stocked by far. Would definitely book again.

This property has it all!

We had a great time staying in Bonita Springs at this property. Amanda was super responsive and has thought about everything. From beach toys to shampoo it’s all part of the experience. If you are looking for a very comfortable place for a large group this is perfect.

We have loved this area of Bonita for a long time, and this was our first time renting a home there- Amanda made our experience fantastic. We loved the accommodations, pool, outdoor kitchen and living spaces so much. The bathrooms were unbelievable and having two washers and dryers made life with 4 kids under 12 a lot easier

Spacious beautiful property

This is a lovely home on a quiet street close to the beach. It is situated on the water enabling guests to enjoy a beautiful view and to take advantage of kayaking opportunities. The kitchen is well equipped as are towels, beach chairs and pool supplies. The property manager was cooperative and responded to every communication and checked in daily to see if we needed anything.

Exceptional Home!

Our group of ten had a fantastic stay. House is spectacular with great amenities. Two very large master bedrooms. Several comfortable areas in the house to play games, do puzzles or just relax. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach, which is a big plus given limited beach parking. Large pool with a west view making for beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous property and wonderful host!

This property is gorgeous, spacious and has complete amenities. I definitely plan to come back and highly recommend! It was the perfect setup for two large families and easy access to beach and local communities. On property pool was great and my favorite was the screened in porch with retractable doors to family room. Gorgeous! Host was a fantastic communicator and offered tons of tips and great instructions.

Family-Friendly Paradise

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation rental next to the bay, that exceeded all our family’s expectations. As a parent, I often find it challenging to strike the right balance between relaxation and entertaining the kids, but this property delivered on both fronts. The rental is ideally situated on the bay providing breathtaking views right from the patios. What truly sets this property apart are the thoughtful amenities designed with families in mind. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a complete adventure set-up: paddleboards, bikes and beach chairs, umbrella and toys were all provided for our use! Additionally, the backyard featured a swimming pool and hot-tub, seating area with TV, all of which kept the kids happily entertained. Their game room amenity’s were another standout feature; board games, a pool table, foosball and even retro video game console. Even on rainy days, the kids had plenty of exciting options to keep themselves busy. The house itself was incredibly spacious, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring everyone had their own space. The open-concept living area was perfect for family movie night, equipped with a large screen and a cozy sofa and chairs. A fully stocked kitchen made meal prep easy, and the outdoor grilling area encouraged family barbecues with a view. Overall, the rental is a gem and we highly recommend!

Amazing Place

Everything is as good or better in person as shown on the pictures. The place is just amazing. Amanda went above and beyond as our host to make sure we had everything we needed before and during the trip. I highly recommend this spot for large families or groups. We rarely left the house because it has so much to offer. The beach is about a 8 minute walk (if you have little kids) and 5 minutes for just adults.

Fabulous Getaway in Bonita Springs

This is a stunning property that exceeds the expectations set by the pictures which were also gorgeous. The house was perfectly equipped (especially if you love to cook!) and well located if you don't. The water views were lovely and the beach just a short walk away. The wonderful hosts were both responsive and attentive and thought of every detail which made the stay even better. If there were six stars available this property would warrant that!

Family holiday trip

This property was beautiful! We brought our family of 10, grandparents, parents children and baby. The host Amanda was so helpful. The beds were quite comfortable, and had baby equipment available at the house. Very comfortable furnishings, the kitchen has everything you might need to cook a gourmet meal. We spent most of our time in the fabulous pool and hot tub, and enjoyed fishing off the dock. The sunset views out of the outdoor lanais was spectacular. Highly recommend this property, and short walk to beach!

The most amazing home I've ever stayed in!

Everything about this house is wonderful - the size, the location, the pool, all of the amenities such as the game room. This is by far the most well appointed house I've ever rented, and I've stayed in many VRBO homes. Not only is the house immaculate, but it has literally everything you need for your stay including beach accessories. Amanda was very communicative and helpful and made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this house and hope to get to stay again!

Wow - Fabulous holiday rental

This was our first ever holiday rental but we could not have made a better choice. The house was exactly as shown in the listing photos, and was every bit as luxurious and stylish as shown. Amanda was a fabulous host - great communication, friendly & very responsive. Our party ranged in ages from 12 - 82 and everyone was delighted with their stay. There were loads of activities for the kids and my elderly father was particularly appreciative of the internal elevator, which we hadn't even really noticed on the listing!
