The overall conditions of the home was shining star for this rental. While we had a few unwanted visitors (stink bugs and lady bugs) this home was kept immaculate. The facilities, the cleanliness was "spot on". I would highly recommend this home for a fabulous family vacay!

House was wonderful. Spa was awesome. Big kitchen. Plenty of space. Loved all the games. Several did not work however. But there were lots to choose from. Great home theater. Bedrooms were great. However several did not have TVs. Would love to stay again when the weather milder to take advantage of the outdoor areas.

We loved our stay and hope to come back in the future! The house was exceptional and had wonderful amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a few spices and oils for cooking left from previous guests. The beds were super comfortable. We were there during December and the snowfall did make it difficult to get in and out of the secondary roads leading to the house. We had a minor issue with the smoke alarm going off in the movie theater room but it was taken care of promptly. The host was very responsive to all messages we sent regarding questions about the house.

This property is spectacular. Amazing views, huge well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, sauna, steam room, movie theater, and all the games! Eight couples and a toddler stayed three nights for a family wedding. We found 14 white folding chairs in the front closet to set up on the deck for the ceremony, which began at 6:30pm just as the sun dipped below the treeline. It was gorgeous. Everyone had comfortable accommodations and so much to do right on the property as well as hiking and the charming town of Blowing Rock a short drive away.

It was just as described, everyone had a wonderful time. Very disappointed that sauna did not work and there was standing water in steam room which did not drain,after one use, and only one massage chair worked. Part of our group was particularly interested in that aspect.Otherwise, the views were great.

Property was a great place for our large family if 24 to stay as there were enough beds and entertainment spaces for everyone. Beds were very comfortable with nice sheets and covers and plenty of pillows. The main floor was a perfect place for us to gather as there was plenty of seating and tables both indoors and out and wonderful views! After dark, we enjoyed sitting on the u-shaped couch with pillows and throw blankets for all.We did all our cooking there and enjoyed the counter seating and large island rep area. However, we really could have used the second dishwashing machine which was out of order upon our arrival and was not fixed during our stay. Additionally, we had planned on making a small number of pizzas, but the pizza oven did not light. It was an electronic ignition switch, and we used an extension cord to try to get it to light, but to no avail. We made the pizza on the flat iron grill and it was ok. We had several other issues (for example, HDMI cord for dvd player was missing, but property management got us a new one) , so I would say that visitors should not count on having everything in absolute working order as there are so many electronic devices that perhaps that is to be expected.? So, we had some issues, but we worked with the property manager who was very responsive . Overall, we felt the property was slightly under 5 stars due to having only 1 dishwasher.

Great time! House was so much fun for all our kids and the deck / view was amazing for all the adults. The 2-story game room is adjacent to the kitchen / family room without a door, so it can be loud if you have teenagers playing air hockey. The mini kids house is massive! Younger ones loved winding through it all and going down the indoor slides.

Couples Get Away
A great experience from start to finish. Home is beautiful. Just as described on the website. Very clean. The movie theatre was fantastic. We all gathered (13) in the theatre 3 of the 4 nights. Complimentary candy was much appreciated. Game room was also enjoyed nightly. Kitchen was well stocked. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t supplied. We cooked in every night and used the grill and flat stone. The deck is amazing and had enough seating for all of us to enjoy. The view was impressive off of the deck. We highly recommend this home. All 13 of us agree that we would return.

I was a beautiful home and view! We had a wonderful time. Would go back again. It was in a great location My only critique is that since daily cooking was required, a list of equipment would have been nice so we could bring what was not available. Also, had issue with kitchen towels and paper towels. For twenty people we were given 2 Terry towels and 1 roll of paper towels, as well as 1 roll of toilet paper. May want to include more considering the amount paid and number of people it can accommodate. Also, there were supposed to be 2 cribs per listing info, instead there was one crib with two pack n' plays, We had communicated that there would be 2 toddlers and 2 infants. We were unable to use the crib because it had a blow-up mattress was is not breathable. A heads up would have be good for baby accommodations. This caused problems for adult beds.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our big group with much to keep the kids entertained. They loved the theater, the arcade, and the play house. We loved sitting on the deck admiring the view or near the fireplace. There was much to explore in the area and plenty of activities at the house when it rained.

Amazing house
The house was incredible. Amazing decks, fully stocked kitchen. The kids had a blast on all the slides, the game room, and the play house. Only complaint is that Thea/C was not working upstairs. The rooms were over 80 degrees and we could not cool them down. When I sent an email to the management I never heard back.

The perfect family wedding!
Just WOW! The photos just don't do this house justice. We were completely blown away by the views, the amenities, the quality of all the finishings. Every bedroom is unique but so comfortable.
We had 19 adults staying in the house but its so large you felt like you could always get some peace and quiet if you wanted and there was just so much to do you would need a fortnight to enjoy it all!!!
We booked for a small family wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect. Getting married with the views in the background and having everyone in one spot was exactly what I wanted, not to mention who else has photos of them coming down the multiple slides in a wedding dress :-) The kitchen has double of everything so absolutely no problem catering on a large scale.
Whether you are having a family get together, a special event, or just a plain old vacation - BOOK THIS HOUSE - you will not regret it!!!

Family Fest
Peachtree Ridge is like none other. The home was prefect for our family reunion, members of all ages. The accommodations went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hospitality and response of Arcadian, Julia, was superb. After our stay at Peachtree Ridge it will be hard to find a match for our next family gathering!
