There is one full bath with a custom shower, One Queen Bed, and an additional queen bed is located upstairs that also conforms back to a couch for those who don't need it. Vacation Rental Insurance - We strongly encourage purchasing vacation rental insurance to protect your plans during winter in Boone, NC. While state roads are quickly plowed and salted, our neighborhood roads can remain icy, and 4-wheel drive is recommended.

- Guest access -
Please leave room for cars to pass to the property further down the drive. There is a parking spot next to the deck and one by the boulders / entrance of the home.

- Other things to note -
The driveway is steep, please stay right and swing wide to turn in. It can be helpful to enter that way without spinning, you can also enter the driveway from the opposite direction (downhill) for easier entrance. 4wd requested for winter months.

We do not allow pets or smoking on the premises - an additional fee may be applied for any violation - thank you.
