« When we arrived, they had a water leak due to some frozen pipes. Absolutely not their fault. Call them. We’re able to get into another one of their properties within 20 minutes. They were very gracious and accommodating. We really appreciated it as it was getting later in the evening. »

« We loved our night at the Red Hobbit! My 10 year old son was in total heaven. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and the shower surrounded by electric candles was pretty magical. We ate breakfast on the picnic table drinking out of the mushroom mugs, while my kids ran around the “shire.” We had a blast, and my son is already asking when we can go back :) Thanks! »

« The cabin is very well equipped and tastefully decorated to accommodate brief and longer stays. My wife and I were impressed with the cleanliness and thorough furnishings to ease daily living like cooking and sleeping. Our stay was primarily for riding our UTVs. The cabin is perfectly located to quickly drive to the riding area and then back. « We were told when we arrived that our cabin was not available and we would be moved to a different cabin. We could have been notified about this at any point, but they neglected to do so until we arrived. So we go to this cabin and it looks pretty identical to the one we booked so we are prepared to make the best of it.
