Hotel Borsad

« Great central location, courteous staff, and good customer service. However, breakfast options could be improved and the hot water supply kept shutting off. A few improvements on would make the experience even better! »

« Good hotel and very good staff and also food was very good »

« Clean rooms, fantastic staff. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant - Zing. I look forward to returning to this hotel. »

« Disgusting duvet covers and pillows stains all over the wall and the sofa. AC not working even after changing the covers. There was so much stains. It was impossible »

« For the price this was a pleasant stay. Especially Nilesh Pujari Hotel manager who has been so helpful. »

« Great staff great property worth the visit! »

« The hotel is just OK. The rooms need some general TLC but are pretty good overall. The rooms come with a fridge, but the milk provided is UHT rubbish. The staff are generally great, but avoid the restaurant. The staff there still adhere to the caste system and will only serve you if you look like you come from a middle class Indian family. I avoided it and made an effort to tip everyone except for them. The food is much better in the town anyway! »

« The rooms are very clean 👌, staff very friendly. Breakfast and lunch awesome. »

« Had a pleasant stay at the resort. Everything was very smooth and was very pleased with the overall experience. »

« Room was in good condtions. However, you have to contact front desk to turn on Air Conditioner and Water Heater. Hand Napkin and Tolier Papaer were not in toilet and you have to ask for it. »
