** Please, no pets. I have a severe allergy to fur, hay, and dust, which can result in severe reactions upon exposure.

** Parking in Boston is scarce and expensive. We recommend the website SpotHero or the BestParking app to find real-time rates and availability—booking online in advance is usually a better option.

** Please be aware that, like most major cities in the world, there is potential city noise.

** The Property has security cameras placed in the public hallways by BM and homeowners. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the event of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately, with no money returned.
