I wish they had a coffee machine like a Nespresso or Keurig already in the room, so that you can make coffee/ tea whenever you like. It would also have been nice if they would refill the complementary water. We did once tried the hotel coffee and unfortunately we found the medium roast ( decaf or reg. ) to be too strong for our liking. But loved that they offered almond milk! Also, when i asked for a room change due to the view of our first room they were really helpful and could manage to get us another room with a much nicer look at Fenway Park! Unfortunately the only downside was that when they put a deposit of about 500$ on my credit card, i was somehow told at first it would only be a hundred dollars. During check in i also asked if there is still an amount that i have to pay. I was told no only the hundred dollars deposit, which then as i mentioned became 500$. I was then told that i would, obviously if i don’t use any room service etc. that it will be reversed to my credit card. At the checkout then i was handed out a bill saying that they used this deposit for paying off the 35$ hotel fee. I wasn’t happy about this chaos and the way it was explained to me at first although i asked all the time to make sure i didn’t misunderstand anything.
