Around the corner, the galley kitchenette stands out with bold golden artisan tiles, sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and whimsical kitchenware. Thoughtfully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, beverage fridge, and essentials for coffee, breakfast, snacks, and simple meals; it is both stylish and functional.

The spa-inspired bathroom features electric heated floors, frameless walk-in shower with bench, rain shower and handheld sprayer, Spanish tile and a floating wood vanity — a true retreat within a retreat.

The famous Jeremiah Lee Mansion & Garden is 0.4 miles away. After you rent bikes from the nearby, local favorite, Marblehead Cycle (0.3 miles), you’ll find a freshly renovated trailhead (0.8 miles) that makes Salem and Swampscott a bike ride away.

Smoking or hosting events will be cause for immediate eviction with no refund. Please be aware that you will be held liable for damage caused by smoking or events.

Please be respectful of the owner`s home and considerate of the neighbors.
House Rules simply ask you to be Good Neighbors and Respectful Visitors.
Good Neighbors honor the right of the property’s neighbors to peacefully enjoy their homes. Guests will:
1) Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are dictated by local rules and ordinances. Unless specified otherwise, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
2) Not Host Events or Parties: without express written approval from your Warm Welcome host, do not host any parties or events.
3) Follow the Law: do not do anything illegal.
4) Respect Boundaries: Do not encroach into the neighbors’ space, including but not limited to yards, gardens, decks, patios, and parking spaces. Do not use neighbors’ amenities or take neighbor’s property, such as furniture, grills, pools, spas, etc.
5) Follow Parking Instructions: Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to this accommodation.

Respectful Visitors: remember you are renting a private home; please treat the home with respect:
1) Prudent Use: instructions on how to use appliances and amenities are provided. Please use all items for their intended purpose. Please contact your Warm Welcome host if you have any questions.
2) Use of Wi-Fi & Internet: guests agree to use the network for legal purposes only.
3) Be Neat and Caring: please do pick up after yourselves; put trash and recycling in proper bins, do the dishes, use coasters, and leave the furniture in place.
4) Park in Designated Areas: Please do park in driveways, parking areas, and garages. Please do not park on lawns or in gardens.
5) Do Not Smoke or Vape: smoking or vaping of anything: cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana, requires special costly remediation to remove the aroma – please help us to help you avoid this cost.
6) Be Careful: where there are wet area amenities such as waterfronts, docks, pools, or hot tubs, please take care to secure the areas and take appropriate precautions.
7) Return Keys/Passes/Remotes: please return items as described in Check-out instructions.

Violating any Good Neighbor or Respectful Visitor policies is grounds to end your stay, immediately without refund.
