Schöner Aufenthalt
Gutes Hotel, ideal für einen Geschäftsaufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Einzig die Betten waren mir persönlich zu hart.

Top Hotel sehr zum empfehlen
Super Hotel sehr freundliches Personal vorallem sehr aufmerksam. Top Sushi Bar, das waren die besten Sushi die ich jeh hatte. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig wir waren im 5 Stock zur Straßenseite und es war sehr ruhig. Jeden Abend wurde frische Wasserflaschen im Zimmer hingestellt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Bus Station war nur ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Home away from home! Cozy rooms, friendly helpful staff (Love the doorman Jeanne :) perfect location, neighborhood's lovely, walkable, varied dining options, midst of colleges. Look forward to our 3rd return! Only complaint about our room: either theres no exhaust fan or it doesn’t work. With 4 people & 1 bath, not good. Also maybe add a prep sink in kitchenette/bar. Otherwise great!

Prospective guests may benefit from knowing that the hotel's bathrooms are equipped with a passive venting system. I regret that it was not sufficient for the number of occupants. Also, most of our wet bars do have a bar sink. Guests who prefer a sink may let us know in advance of their stay. I look forward to welcoming these guests back to their home in Boston.

I loved this property! Charming room, Quiet. Great location close to Newberry Street shops and restaurants. Unique art deco style. Great service. Only down side is they don’t have a fitness center and that is kind of important for me. But managed to get a lot of walking in!

Loved the Eliot because it was a short walk to shopping, dining and the Symphony. Hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the breakfast and appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. There are many hotels in that immediate area but the Eliot has an “old Boston” charm.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and the bed was absolutely wonderful. The staff are friendly and polite without being overbearing. However, you can hear every word from the guest in the rooms next to you. While having the HVAC system on does drown out the noise from the neighboring rooms, the system itself is loud and intolerable.

Unbeatable location: close to everything but on an elegant and relatively calm boulevard at the same time. One of the few hotels with rooms suitable to accomodate 4, comfortably (couple 2 kids). Parking provided by the hotel is not so close, so you have to ask for the car at least 30 minutes in advance. But we could always get a space on the parkmeters on the same block, por 2 hrs parking. The lobby would benefit from some updating.

We loved our double bed room with the sitting area. Provided sufficient space to move around. The hotel staff were accommodating and the location is perfect for walking to see local universities, shopping and dining.

Our stay at the Eliot Hotel was excellent in every respect. Beautiful room, super comfortable bed, terrific shower, professional, friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way for us with ideas about things to do in Boston. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Eliot! Bonus: Uni Restaurant in the hotel is terrific, too, with a delicious creative menu and a James Beard award-winning chef!

Magreases are old and old fashioned foam. They are súper soft wich makes them quite uncomfortable We were 3 adults at our suite. One sleeping at the sofa bed. We asked for an extra mattress (firm) to put directly on the floor so I can rest and the staff decided no pull out the existing mattress from the sofa bed instead. So for the last night there were no place for the extra guest to sleep. Bad experience overall

I wish to thank this guest for taking the time to review his stay but regret that his expectations were not met. The hotel values the importance of a good night's sleep and invests in top of the line mattresses that are periodically renewed. Because of that we are usually praised for the comfort of the beds. While we do not have a variety of mattresses for each individual preference, we do offer "egg-crate" cushions as well as bed boards for those who wish to adjust the hardness of the mattress. All suites also have a pull-out sofa bed, and so when the guest requested a mattress on the floor, the mattress from the sofa bed was used. The miscommunication entailed not realizing the sofa bed was already needed and that the guest needed an additional mattress.Prospective guests are recommended to contact the hotel in advance of their stay for any special requirements or expectations, so that we can do our best to accommodate or inform guests of what is and is not possible. I hope this guest, overall, enjoyed his stay in Boston.
