Are assigned room door didn't lock. You could open it without a key. We were moved to a another room that was below average in cleanliness. The gym was missing dumbbells and the treadmill was broken.

The pool and hot tub burned your eyes from the amount of chemicals and then was closed due to water conditions the next night. When checking in the toliet was unflushed with a turd floating.

The bed was very comfy, and room was clean. Now for the bad, toilet didn't want to flush had to have maintenance come, they offered to switch rooms but had no more kings available so opted to stay, the shower came on right away so no baths and no way to fix it, lost cable for 1 night, said they couldn't do anything no maintenance person on property, hot tub was shut down which was the main reason we stayed at this hotel the other hotels had pools but no hot tub. Not sure if I would stay here again or not, was supposed to hear from management but nothing that is why I am writing this review.

Since it was cold outside, the inside pool was a hit with our daughter. Breakfast was good and hot. Bring money for tipping the staff keeping things stocked.

Tuve que irme me tuvieron en total casi 3 horas luchando para que me dejaran entrar teniendo mi reserva paga con esta pagina. La señora del counter una persona pedante y sin ningun animo de ayudar aun sabiendo que no sabia inglés; humillante, decepcionante, desesperante ni el representante de hoteles.com pudo lograr que ella ayudara. Esperando me devuelvan mi dinero. Ya me habia quedado hay y nunca tuve problemas.

Surprised on how much I enjoyed my stay

What a disaster
When we first got there, neither key would work in our door. We were given 2 new keys and were able to get in the room. After getting our suits on we went to the pool. The key would not let us into the pool area which left my son and I stuck between 2 locked doors. My husband came shortly with the other key and we were able to get out, but his key would not let us in the pool room. After another trip to the front desk she came and let us in and gave us another key. After we were done swimming we were stuck between the 2 doors again unable to get into the building. My teenager had to walk outside in his wet swimsuit to get to the door to let us in. When we got into bed there was what looked like sand in one of the beds and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. And the noise from people walking in the hallway kept us up all night long. It was definitely one of our worst hotel stays in 30 years

Unfortunately this location is extremely dated. Metal fixtures in my room were full of rust. Furniture was extremely dated and looked to be at least ten years old. The mattress in the room was old enough that even without laying on it you could see a huge indentation in the middle that was sagging. I chose this location because of the hot tub and pulled back muscles. I could not get in the pool area and had to go the front desk for assistance. The lady there kept taking calls and waiting on other people who walked up after me because she was the only one there. Unfortunately the local road crews working in the area just added insult to injury by leaving the lobby area full of dirt and mud the next morning. I would not recommend staying here. Its extremely dated and short staffed.

Room and building appeared worn for not so old of a property. Alittle caulk and paint would go a long way. Staff was friendly. Vending machines were empty. No snacks available.
