This was a very neat and clean hotel. Not only was our room very neat, the common areas were also very tidy. The breakfast area was great, also very clean, and the food was hot and tasty. The dining area was kept clean throughout the morning. And be prepared to fall in love with fresh cookies at the check-in counter!

I love Hampton Inn but this time the coffee machines were broke and no ice because the filters needed to be changed. That was an inconvenience to us.

Unfortunately, our area had just undergone a boil order from Aqua Illinois. For guest and staff safety, we are required to follow these orders and any additional steps that we are required to take after the order is lifted. My son and I stayed 1 ngiht at the Bourbonnais Hampton Inn in Bouurbonnais, IL. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of the entire place. Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful at all times. Toiletries and towels were plentiful. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods to chooses from. Our stay was very pleasant and highly recommend it to anyone.

Front desk lady was not very friendly. When I asked for a receipt at check out, she told me she couldn't give me one. Seemed strange to me as we stay in another Hampton just a few nights prior and that front desk person printed one for me. The guy running the kitchen one morning couldn't keep up with bringing out food. When we came down for breakfast, there was very little food to choose from. Not his fault. He was by his self and needed help. I felt he did his best

Upon reviewing your reservation, I do see that you booked a prepaid reservation through Expedia. When booking a prepaid 3rd party reservation, you are paying the 3rd party company and not the hotel directly, so the hotel is unable to provide a receipt for room and tax as those rates are hidden. I do apologize if the staff did not explain this in a kind, courteous manner. I will be speaking with the staff member to ensure this does not happen again in the future. I will also be speaking with the breakfast staff to be sure they have enough food on hand for our busier weekend days. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations.
