A beautifully light split level Chalet with a/c in the summer months and enclosed garden. The studio has been recently refurbished. It's perfect for a self-catering or eat-out-every-day holiday for one or two people and well behaved dogs.

Westbourne, with its cafes, restaurants and shops is just 15 minutes' walk away.
You'll be six minutes' drive to sandy beaches, 20 minutes to Poole Harbour and30 minutes to the New Forest.

Your hosts Kath and Sue are in the main house, but you can be as private as you wish. There's easy on-road parking.

THE SPACE

We are on a quiet leafy road just a stone's throw from the wooded footpath by the Bourne Stream, which will take you into Bournemouth centre and beaches; a 35-40 minute stroll away
This is an open plan split level studio with separate shower room. You walk in from the deck to the bright airy living room and kitchen area. The bedroom area and shower room are up 6 wooden stairs from the living space.

You will be kept warm and cosy with our range of heating options; underfloor heating and heated radiator in the shower room, two low wattage infrared heaters on the wall and a flame effect electric fire.

The property has been creatively refurbished with the aim of providing everything you will need in a compact area that feels exceptionally spacious.

GUEST ACCESS

You will have sole use of the Chalet and your enclosed container garden and deck.
The only time we might need your permission to access your outdoor area is during the warmer weather, to water the containers so the garden stays beautiful for you.
