Le cadre est dans un paisible village de pĆŖcheurs Ć  proximitĆ© du parc national d'Acadia et du littoral du Maine. Rocky Woods Cabin a toutes les commoditĆ©s pour rendre votre sĆ©jour confortable dans un cadre rustique. La cabine est rehaussĆ©e d'une belle cheminĆ©e en pierre, de planchers en bois de pin citrouille, d'une cuisine traditionnelle et de lits confortables ... le tout dans un cadre champĆŖtre pour rendre vos vacances parfaites.
Des sentiers uniques dans toute la propriĆ©tĆ© sont disponibles pour la randonnĆ©e. AccĆØs avant Ć  l'eau salĆ©e pour les kayaks prĆØs de la cabine. Rocky Woods Cabin fournit un grill extĆ©rieur et un foyer pour le plaisir du soir.
Notre cabane en rondins est situĆ©e prĆØs du parc national Acadia Ć  Schoodic Point et Ć  env. ƀ 45 miles de Bar Harbor. Les pistes cyclables sont Ć  15 minutes sur les pistes cyclables de Schoodic Point qui serpentent autour de la cĆ“te. Notre emplacement est unique et dans le village de Corea by the Sea. Visites de pĆŖche au homard disponibles dans le village. Voyages Ć  Bar Harbor par voie terrestre et maritime Ć  proximitĆ©.

This was our second stay at Rocky Wood Cabin. It is a beautifully rustic (but with all the modern amenities), low level lighting cabin that sits only a few minutes from the highway. It is a great place to relax, rejuvenate in nature, stargaze, read, play games and enjoy life. After our first visit, we knew we would want to stay again. Everything about the property is perfect. It is clean, comfortable, and feels like home. Alice and Kyle are very responsive and communicate all the details needed to enjoy the stay. Thank you to Alice and her husband for sharing their property and allowing those of us to live out our dream of living in the Maine Woods (even if it is just for a long weekend)!

Cabin was great overall and was evident that a lot of thought went into the details. My only complaint was that there was not much light in the bedrooms and was difficult to move around in the bedrooms to get dressed.

My wife and I had an amazing time at this cabin. The host is extremely accommodating. Everything you need is there. The cabin itself is private and gives you an immersive nature experience. We have stayed twice already and plan to again!

Alice and Kyle did an amazing job with the cabin! They thought of everything little detail from the amenities down to the decor! My husband and I were looking for a relaxing get away and Rocky Woods Cabin was just that and more! On top of that, Alice is an amazing Host! If youā€™re considering Rocky Woods Cabin, you wonā€™t be disappointed, a little piece of heaven!

We walked in the door and said, "Wow"! It was decorated for Christmas and the tree was lit up. We felt like we were coming home!!! Alice responded very quickly to messages, Stewart (her husband) came and plowed the driveway, and Kyle was great answering questions before our arrival...also looking for a place for Christmas Eve dinner. The house was fully stocked with everything you would have in your own home. The stove is phenomenal. The beds had flannel sheets and warm duvet covers. (I always bring ours along because everywhere we stay ..in the winter..always have cotton sheets. I never needed to use ours.) We were able to relax and enjoy the scenery. I would highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!!!

Whatā€™s fabulous property! The little tings most people donā€™t consider where taken care of from top to bottom. We were lucky enough to spend a cozy three nights alone to explore the property and Bar Harbor. The cabin was even decorated for Christmas!

We totally enjoyed our stay and it was just what we needed celebrate our anniversary and to wind down before the holiday craziness. From the moment we stepped in, we so appreciated the attention to detail. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay here wonderful. The cabin is adorable and cozy and the property is beautiful. We spent three of our days hiking in beautiful Acadia and the rest of the time just enjoying our time here reconnecting and relaxing. We took advantage of the hiking trail, fire pit, cornhole, coffee on the porch, and peaceful nights under the stars. Our stay was everything we hoped it would be and the perfect way to enjoy Maine for the first time. We hope to come back again!

Alice and Kyle were tremendous hosts and were a pleasure to communicate with. The cabin was absolutely amazing , sparkling clean and the property was great to walk around. We stayed at Rocky Wood Cabin at the beginning of July. The cabin was lovely and on a secluded property so we truly felt as though we were out in the woods. On a clear night, we could see the Milky Way. The hosts are incredible! So kind and responsive. They left us a generous treat basket our teens really enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

Several times during our five day stay, I thought to myself, I canā€™t believe we are staying here. Going to Maine was something my husband and I talked about doing for 20 years. Staying in a cabin in the woods was also on our bucket list. The Rocky wood Cabin made both of those dreams came true. The reading room was perfect for my pre-teen who loves to read and crochet. My teen loved having his own space after 5 days in hotel rooms. My favorite was the views into the woods. It was so peaceful. We sat by the fire-pit in the evening, drank coffee on the porch in the mornings, and explored the towns and Schoodic Acadia during the day. I would return, and that is not something we usually do.

We loved the cabin and surrounding grounds. All the saplings and rock features made this a one of a kind location. The rooms were all very inviting, especially the main living area and fireplace. All the wonderful books to peruse made winding down very enjoyable. The cabinā€™s location was a nice distance from Corea, and both the Schoodic and main attractions of Acadia National Park. We will be visiting again someday and will be sure to recommend this cabin to friends.

As soon as my family and I drove up to the cabin, we were enraptured by the scenery and property! It felt like a quintessential Maine stay that was worth every penny to spend a weekend in the crisp air in quiet retreat. There was nothing we needed for as far as kitchen amenities, blankets, towels...everything was perfect! It was a little too cold to use the firepit this time around, but I cannot wait to book this place again for summertime and enjoy the cabin at a different time of the year. Thank you very much for an amazing stay!
