Every part about our stay was terrific. The house itself is phenomenal with all of the necessities and very well kept.When we had a few minor problems, Jenny/Kenny immediately addressed them with frequent communication.I'll be returning next year for sure!

We highly recommend this home in Bradenton. The home has a great layout. The main bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house giving guests lots of privacy. I was very relaxed that my husband was not disturbing my daughter and her husband with the TV volume and talking on the phone. The kitchen is a dream with a huge beautiful island. We all had so much room to do work, read or eat at the same time. There are three full bathrooms and I did not have to share with anyone! :). The water pressure is great, too. There is a game room which is part of the bunk bed room. We all played darts. The outside area has a glass/screened in area with the pool and dining set We ate take out at night outside and it was so relaxing. Wonderful not worrying about the bugs! My husband loved the outdoor lighting. We also played on the miniature golf course. The house was extremely clean and was generously supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and we rarely heard any noise from outside. The owners have excellent communication and responded quickly to any questions. Stay here!

We had a fabulous stay at Stayawhile. The home is beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find two pack 'n plays, a highchair, and kids' toys including pails and shovels for the beach - that was a nice plus since we were there with a two-year old. We also enjoyed having the putting green, play equipment and various yard games - we got a lot of use out of those!The location was excellent. It is in a pretty and quiet neighborhood and near stores and restaurants. The owners were very responsive to questions and comments we shared. We will definitely return to Stayawhile when in the area visiting family.

We were in town for President’s Cup and had a wonderful stay at this home. It was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable, and relaxing. It was the perfect place for our girls to unwind between lacrosse games, rest, and recharge. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely Beautiful

Jenny & Kenny have a beautiful home. Their response time was very quick, we did not have any issues during our stay but I know they would address them if we did. The house was exactly as described and matched the pictures in the listing. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The location is perfect, publix is was less than a mile away. We have stayed in multiple rentals in this area and this was by far our favorite. The pool and kitchen and game room was by far our favorite areas of the house. The beds were comfortable and the AC was wonderful. We would rent from them again in the future.

Extended Family Vacation

This review has to begin with the Hosts, Kenny and Jenny. Exceptional, we had a few questions in regard to early access possibilities and some minor questions in regard to the home itself and the response was immediate and helpful. We were 2 Grandparents with 2 daughters, 2 son-in-laws and 3 infant/toddler Granddaughters and the layout was perfect, and modern, and very clean. Oh ya, we also had 2 miniature labradoodles and the entirely fenced backyard was perfect for that aspect as well. Home is located within easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, you name it. Having experienced this vacation, with these Hosts, with the reliability, I can see myself using their properties on a long-term basis. Regards, Tom

Great place for a family vacation!

This was a great home relatively close to the beautiful Anna Marie Island. Having access to the beach chairs, towels, cooler and wagon made staying off the beach a great option. It was also nice to relax in the pool and grill out at the end of the day. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next stay in AMI.

February vacation (first week of Feb)

We stayed at this beautiful property for 12 days. The house is “smart” and quite beautiful and is set up so that TWO full families can occupy it without getting in each other’s way. The kitchen and bedrooms are amazing and it’s in an incredibly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The only thing that I took any issue with is that there is a stand of large trees behind the pool (on the other side of the fence) that blocks your sunlight when you’re trying to enjoy the pool. At least 3 of the trees are over 80 feet tall and the sun literally transits BEHIND those trees, making the pool area shaded for most of the day, which, in February, makes for a chilly swim, heated pool or not. Topping about 30 feet off those trees would make all the difference in the world. Overall, though, this is a beautiful home and property with first rate ownership and a property management company that will answer your calls 24/7….

Amazing two family vacation home / pool!

Stayed over one week at this wonderfully designed home with my family and my sister-in-law's family. There were 9 of us total with the youngest being 12. The kitchen was huge and it was the focal point of the family being together. We ate there but we also planned the fine details of our trip around the kitchen island because we were gathered in one spot. The beds were somewhere between medium and firm but the Florida sun takes a lot of me so I had no issue falling asleep. We stayed in the master bedroom and the bathroom. Plenty of bath towels, lots of organization shelves for a long stay, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body soap in each shower. The most priceless part was the salt water pool. We added a pool floatie and a couple pool water shooters for the next family. A surprise touch was the beach equipment. Cooler, 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas were put to good use at the area beaches. Some things for future vacationers is to realize that you are in a neighborhood. We were able to keep our family noise down while in the pool so just be mindful of others. The location was great in the sense that were we very close to many beaches and freeways. All in all, I would definitely come back to this home or any of their other properties just because we had an amazing experience.
