Good for a large group

We never felt crowded, plenty of space to spread out. Fully stocked with supplies, towels, dishes, coffee, spices, etc and everything clearly labeled.

It was well stocked for guests, but also had the owners personal momentos. We felt like we were in a 'home', not just another rental property. We loved the patio with lots of great family activities. It was a perfect place to watch for wildlife.

Fun times

My extended family and I spent a few days and we enjoyed ourselves. It was very convenient to have the place stocked with little things we forgot to bring ourselves. Didn’t have to do a quick run down to the store for small items. Kids had fun and played with the games in the house. Adults were able to connect and talk to one another without it feeling crowded. Overall, it was great and having good AC was perfect in the heat. We saw shooting stars late in the middle of the night. Great place to get away to!

Family Days

I filled out a review from Paso Robles that has a full explanation. Everything was great except for a broken toilet which was between 2 bedrooms housing 4 parents and 5 children. These families had to use the 2 baths in the 2 master bedrooms.The door of the broken bathroom had to be closed as the odor was horrible.The shower and sink could not be used.

The property was listed under Paso Robles when the actual location was Bradley. House was in good condition but we were not allowed access to the garage nor setting the A/C below 72 degrees when the temperature was 110 outside. Took quite a while at night for the house to cool down enough for a comfortable sleep. Host, however, was helpful and responsive.

A wonderful family Christmas

Our youngest daughter was first to arrive at the J's Nest and she has high standards, so when she texted the rest of us as we were on our way and said, "This place is AWESOME," I knew we had made the right choice. The main house and the "cottage" (a 3-BR, 2 BA, fully-equipped house!) were spacious, clean, and furnished to the hilt. The main house even had a room with toys for the little ones to play with. There was, I think, a TV in the living room and in every bedroom, enough kitchen utensils to prepare a feast for an army, a spacious patio our grandchildren enjoyed playing on, an outdoor BBQ, a "fire table" (as my kids called it) that kept us warm in the evenings, and basically, everything we could have needed. Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations! It was wonderful!

Fabulous after the VRBO was cleaned up!

Upon arrival we were delighted at the property from a distance! As we entered the front door we were greeted with a messy porch, unraveled hose, broken solar lights and many, many cobwebs on the front porch. This encouraged us to really check other areas of the property. Rather than going on and on about the rental- I would rather be fair in saying that Paso Robles Vacation Property took care of sending up a maintenance man to fix all the issues. He worked along side my husband fixing all the issues for our first full day. The management company was fabulous and the rest of our week was delightful. The view is spectacular, the kitchen was fully equipped as I love to cook for a big family. Plenty of room for a large party and ample seating outdoors as well. The lake was a short drive away and we had plenty of room to park our boat and 4 other cars with ease. The house is definitely 100% cleaner than we found it and ready for the next vacationer. I would recommend this rental. Follow Waze to get to the property with ease and try not to travel at night- its tricky to find on the first day.

Family Getaway

J's Nest was a great place to gather with our family for 5 days! It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook most of our meals, plenty of towels, and activties and games to keep everyone entertained. Due to the location, we didn't venture out much, but it was ideal to view the meteor shower! There was an issue with the air conditioning leaking, but the maintenance guys were prompt and did what they could. This is a perfect place for a stay-cation!

Very nice

A very nice house in a beautiful and quiet location. Only issue was the TV and promised Netflix connection but we weren’t there to watch TV anyway. Would come back again.

Great Famiky Get Away

It wad a really great getaway with Family and Friends. Main house has a great layout and is well appointed. The cottage is a 3 bedroom home with all amenities. Would definitely rent again.

Friends Reunion

This property was perfect for our friends reunion of fifteen. Plenty of room and an awesome patio overlooking a beautiful valley with plenty of comfortable patio furniture to accommodate everyone. Every room is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need to entertain a large group. Very peaceful and private. Would highly recommend this place!

Excellent experience, great house!!!

Great Location, clean, fully equipped, spacious, everything you need you will find in this beautiful house. The only problem is the water pressure. ( very low) other than that we enjoyed a lot!!!

The most amazing escape

They house is gorgeous, tons of room, so many amenities including an airfryer, crockpot, instant pot, bbq and more! But the biggest perk is the porch and view. We hardly spent any time inside. Thank your for the wonderful visit!
