« Host sent detailed communication prior to check in with all the information we would need. The host was also very responsive with an issue of a possible left item after the trip. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location next to the mountain was perfect and the view was of one of the runs! Located directly next to the pools/hot tubs/sauna so the whole family was very happy after a day if skiing. »

« I traveled to Vernon for a wedding and opted to pay a little extra money for Mountain Creek rather than staying at the cheaper option that was given through the wedding accommodations. I was really looking forward to a nice sleep, sipping coffee and relaxing the morning after the day.
Upon getting to Mountain Creek, the code that was texted to me for entrance to my room was wrong. When I went to the shop (there is no check in desk), I was rudely told that I could have just texted the number...

« We stayed only one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to book this home. »
