Location de vacances de particulier à Brandon

« Location was close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Patio area was nice. Host was responsive. But the property conditions did not meet expectations and we left after 2 days. There were security (some window locks don’t work) and safety hazards (rusted bathtub, mold & visible flood damage in bathroom) that should have been repaired before renting. Floors were dirty/not mopped. Did not appear the property had been taken care of. The home condition should have been accurately represented...

« The home was clean, well taken care of and met our needs nicely. There is a relaxing backyard area as well, good for the entire family. The neighborhood is older so don't expect new builds in the area, but it was quiet. We had a quick, but enjoyable stay. »

« This home is a great place for a large family. We met our adult kids there to all take a family trip to Bush Gardens (easy drive to the park). It was very clean and the host was responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend. »

« This was a great space for our weekend in Tampa, very clean, updated, beautiful kitchen. We spent most of our time there at the house reconnecting w our friends, very comfortable, woke up each morning w the birds on the lake. »

« Nice house and clean interior »

« The house was absolutely perfect and DanielWas exceptional to deal with. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The location is also perfect and within minutes of local shopping and less than an hour to the beach. Everything you need for the beach is available to use which made it so nice. I will definitely stay at this location again. Thank you for making this so easy. »

« Clean house with very good amenities. Slept our 3 families well and the kids love the pool table, ping pong, and outdoor pool. The signs saying don't flush the toilet paper were off putting and the excessive cameras around the house felt voyeuristic but the host gave a good effort to make us comfortable the whole time. »

« The home was very clean, welcoming and overall very nice. There were excellent and unique little details provided for our stay that were impressive. We would definitely start here again and highly recommend it. The location was centralized for what and where we needed to go. The host was awesome, very friendly and great/timely communication. »

« Everything works. What else can you ask for? Good bed, good water pressure, huge TV, plenty of room....will return of back in the area! »
