« The staff were very accommodating, breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The beds were very comfortable. The Starbucks coffee downstairs was a really nice touch. We had a problem with the a/c but it was taken care of promptly. I am planning to return in the spring with my kids and grandkids and I’m looking forward to staying here again. »

« We were excited to visit Branson, but was very disappointed with our room at the Best Western, the first room we were given was very wet and musty, we spoke with the daytime person on duty the next morning he was very helpful and moved us to a different room, and had a dehumidifier in the room for us, it made a difference for us, however still on the low end of what we had expected… Good breakfast, accommodating workout room…unless Best Western has some major upgrades in that facility, we...

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Room was clean but the toilets were really low. My boyfriend is 6'6 and hated using it. Would be nice if it had a place to smoke something other than cigarettes. »

« To start with when we arrived we were put out in a back building. We did get clean towels every day but that was it by the time we left I could write my name in the dust.
Breakfast was usual fare but no fresh fruit no pastries. The hotel was full but there was one two slice toaster that was very very slow so trying to get a piece of toast was almost impossible. Why can’t they figure out maybe 2 four slice toasters would be an easy fix. The hotel is in need of a serious update. »
