« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« The pictures made the property look nicer than it actually was. Also, it rained as was expected due to a storm. I had a fall in the hall hurting my knee and back due to the water that had accumulated on the floor. I reported this to management and did not think that I needed to go to ER; however, my knee and back were hurt. Not once was I contacted by staff to ask how I was feeling.
