Everything was wonderful except when our guest came in for the last night to stay with us (July 3, 2026). The gate clerk at the Point Royal gate was rude and hateful. Our guests arrived upset and hurt. The clerk kept calling the guest the name " Pal" in a hateful way.

The condo was nice the issue we had there were 5 of us at the condo that was suppose to sleep 6 but the pull out couch was all bent up and would not lay out into a bed and the air mattress that was there for us to use had a leak in it. We had 2 teen girls that had to sleep on the floor and was not comfortable for them since they were there playing in softball tournament. Hated it for our girls since they were wore out playing in the heat and they did not sleep the best due to being on the floor.

The place was very nice and clean. My only complaint is the master bed was not comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice condo. Clean, spacious, everything functioned. Well appointed. We will be staying there again when visiting Branson !

Great location. Close to every activity we had planned. We walked to and from pool everyday. There are only a couple of steps from the parking lot and we were able to park right next to the steps each time. I would definitely refer this condo to friends and family and if we decide to stay in Branson again, I would book this place. Check in was in different location but very easy to find and process only took a minute!

Great place to stay

Love Point Royale, but this was the first time booking through Thousand Hills and it was a great experience. Host was very attentive and the condo was spacious and very clean. Our only issue was that the people upstairs kept us up walking around late into the night, so I think in the future we’ll make sure we’re in a top unit. Overall, a great place to stay!

Branson Missouri Vacation

We really enjoyed where the condo was, that it was gated & had an inside pool as well as a hot tub. It was fairly close to everything we wanted to do! Great communication and customer service. I do wish I knew Would have known that check in was at a different place then where we were staying. I wish the pool had towels. Overall awesome stay!

Great stay!

The carpet looks a little dated. Everything else was wonderful! Well stocked kitchen. Love the deck and view. We thought the beds were comfortable and all of us slept great. Short walk to the pool. It was very hot while we were there and the pool felt great!

Clean and comfortable

Our family spent 5 days here, perfect location, great amenities. Our only complaint was the noise from upstairs. We did ask them to tread a little lighter when they woke us up at midnight with jumping/ running.... but we had plenty of room, close to sdc and white water. Nice to have a *mostly* quiet place to relax at the end of our park days.

I loved the location & area, it’s perfect for families! the place was really nice and looks like the pictures. my only cons is the beds were pretty uncomfortable & only the living room tv worked during our stay. we called the maintenance to have it fixed but they were unable to resolve the issue. other than that, it was a great place to stay for a weekend trip.

Great Location/Great Amenities

Overall the condo met expectations. It was very clean and the kitchen had all of the cookware and amenities we needed for our stay. The check in process was easy but was offsite so was a little confusing. The pull out couch was not usable as the mattress is very broke down. The condo is large with a nice deck in the back and we enjoyed our stay there.

New year’s in Branson

Nice and clean but dated. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two king sized beds, one of the reasons we selected this rental. The picture of the living room shows a fire in the fireplace but when we got there it has a sign on it that says it’s not to be used. For a December rental we were looking forward to using it.we would rent the unit again.
