    Get comfortable and unwind in this 3 king bedroom, 3 bathroom condo complete with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the views from the comfortable screened-in patio overlooking the brook that flows down to the pond and fountain. Entertain with a fully equipped kitchen with dining table that sits 8 and bar seating for 4 more. Kid friendly with twin over twin bunk bed, a pack-n-play, "in-chair" high chair, and kids dinnerware so families can travel with less luggage. Relax in the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and reclining leather couches. 2 additional twin air mattresses are available to accommodate larger groups.

    Several amenities on site including Starbucks, 2 outdoor pools and a hot tub! Within a short distance of a first class golf course at Point Royale. Also a movie theater, a spa, and a café on the property for an added cost. We think you'll love the location as our condo is far enough from the strip to give you a peaceful retreat, but also close enough to all the action with just a few mile drive. 3 miles to the Branson strip, 9 miles to Silver Dollar City, 2.3 miles to the beautiful Moonshine Beach, 7 miles to Branson landing, 1.7 miles to the Runaway Mountain Coaster and close to everything you need for your memorable vacation.

We love the place , grandkids said it was one of the nicer place we stay .answer all my questions with prompt time ,needed to know where the trash bend was and responded within minutes. Would love to stay in this place again

The property is in a great location and not far off the strip. Very convenient and family friendly. The condo was comfortable and had the room we needed for each family member. The parking was a bit limited both Friday and Saturday night and we had to park at the main entrance. I would possibly recommend at least one assigned spot per condo complex to ensure someone is within walking distance of their property they are staying. Also, I would possibly recommend securing the bunk beds to the wall as there was quite a bit of movement when both my 8 and 5 year old slept on them.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and spacious for a large family. My kids loved the activity center! Super comfy beds and a nice screened patio to sit. We definitely had a great stay!

8 of us stayed comfortably for 6 days...super nice place withball sorts of things todo on the property!! Really nice place for family to stay. Communication with property manager was fast and really helpful with everything we needed for our stay! Will definitely go back!
