We stayed here in 2024 and the experience was better. This year - the room may have been updated, but the beds were super uncomfortable. My feet were black from walking barefoot on the floor. Part of the coffee maker was missing. The updating stopped at the bathroom. The sink was cracked, the corners of the frame were breaking, the towel holder was not attached, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, the edges of the floor in the shower were not clean, the water pressure was nil, and there was something splattered on the ceiling tile.
I received a welcome text and asked if we needed anything. I asked for a luggage rack to put a suitcase on for my MIL. I never did receive a response. I asked at the front desk and was told they didn't have any. I asked for a Branson map - they didn't have any.
Upon checking out - there was no "how was your stay" or "thank you for staying", or any pleasantry. I said we were checking out and the response was "ok". I asked for a receipt, and was told since we booked through a 3rd party, we had to get it there.
We'll stay elsewhere next time.
