« The property is great. It’s on the landing and the room's are nice. It’s overpriced and they sent a text at 7:30 am. Being on vacation I leave my phone on in case of emergency. Getting woke up by the landing staff telling me the check out time doesn’t constitute an emergency in my opinion. »

« The location is beautiful. The room windows and carpet need updating. Our view was horrible over a flat roof with a spot light shining in at night. Food was good. Staff were friendly. Close to lake. We have stayed there a few times but probably for the cost change our next hotel in Branson. »

Everything is so clean and well maintained, it is beautiful, the pool is nice, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are awesome with a big screen TV, nice, clean bathroom and comfortable beds but the breakfast was such a surprise, it is a large breakfast buffet with delicious, fresh food! »

« I was there with two girlfriends for a fourth of July celebration on the Landing. Once you unload the car you park your car a short drive down the street for $15 a night. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« The hotel was represented as being super nice and fancy with plenty of parking. It was none of those things. The bathtub had been refinished and the finish was peeling off, the room was quite small and an iron burn on the carpet. Parking was difficult as they share their parking with another business. The staff was mostly nice...but when I came down to buy some items I was told to handle it myself with the kiosk. The pool was decent and the bar staff was very nice. 43$ for 3 drinks was pretty...
