Cooper’s Cove – Pet Friendly 2BR Near SDC

Cooper’s Cove is a pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath walkout condo on Indian Point near Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake. It sleeps up to six guests with a king bed, queen bed, and sleeper sofa. The condo includes a full kitchen, private in-unit laundry, two full bathrooms, an open living and dining area, and a private walkout patio overlooking the wooded surroundings.

A community path a short walk from the condo leads to shared shoreline access on Table Rock Lake, where guests can access the water and fish. The Indian Creek community trail also leads to a seasonal waterfall that may be flowing depending on weather and time of year.

Shared community amenities include the seasonal pool and hot tub, playground, full-sized tennis court with pickleball overlay and basketball goal, grilling stations, trail, and shoreline access. Pool and hot-tub availability is subject to POA schedules, posted hours, weather, maintenance, and community requirements.

The main entrance from the parking area includes approximately 12 steps. A stair-free route is available along the side of the building to the front door. Regular vehicle parking is available in designated community parking areas. Boat, jet-ski, and trailer parking requires advance arrangements and is subject to availability, registration, approval, and payment. Pets must be included on the reservation. A $95 fee applies per pet. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–9:00 AM. Smoking, vaping, parties, private grills, and open fires are not permitted inside the condo, on the patio, or near the building.
