Great place for large groups/families with every bedroom having its own bathroom; kitchen is well-stocked for everything you would need; duplex is very roomy. We used the indoor pool in the basement a lot! It was great. As is clear in the photos, the decks look over the community pool and sports area which makes for happy family noise at various times during the day.

Would recommend

We had a wonderful time with our Framily. We stayed with 9 kids and 6 adults. The bunkbed room was perfect for all of our younger kids. And our older teenagers took the other 2 private rooms. We loved that each couple had a king bed and our own bathroom. We also loved being able to watch our kids from our balconies while they played at the playground, outdoor pool, and basketball court. The house was very clean and tidy. For our stay we did not have near enough towels. 2 per bedroom and 3 beach towels was not enough for our group especially when we had 9 kids swimming. It was a rainy weekend so we utilized the indoor pool a bunch. We also would of liked some hand towels/dish cloths for the kitchen for wiping down table and counters after meals. The chlorine was very strong. Sometimes we could even smell it in the house. I think once they are able to open the doors during warmer months that will help with that. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would most definitely stay here again.

Good experience

The facility was very good, we celebrated our 50th anniversary there and had our kids and grandkids there, the size of this place was just what we needed. The game room was going all the time, grandkids loved it. It was clean and well maintained. Hope we can do this again next time. Thanks to the owners!!

Always the Best!

We have stayed in Mr. Martin’s properties during most trips to Branson. It is always a pleasure to stay in one of his properties and we always look forward to it! Overlook Nook is the perfect place for a group and has many amenities that other places do not have. Thank you for a great stay, once again!

Great for the Family

We shared this duplex with family and it could not have been more perfect. There were adjoining doors into the commons areas. Every room was spacious and clean. There was adequate seating in all areas-including the patios. Private access to the indoor pool/playground and recreation areas was fantastic! We utilized every aspect of the property. Adam was fantastic to work with as well.

Will Book Longer Next Time!

This property was absolutely perfect. Beautiful view, huge home with plenty of accommodations for a large group, decorated well, clean, safe. We were blown away and so sad that we only booked for one night. Will definitely stay here again, and will definitely stay longer. Perfect for a friends trip (we had four couples), or a large family trip. Thank you!

Great weekend getaway!!!

Our 2nd annual family reunion in this beautiful condo did not disappoint!!! We enjoyed the big open space with 6 kiddos under 10, along with the indoor and outdoor pool and playground. Once again, the bunk beds were a huge hit with all the littles! Lots of space to be together or have quiet time! The location is great as well and we were within minutes of town, food, shopping and entertainment!! We plan to come again next year!!! Loved the weekend!!

Weekend getaway

We came here for our annual getaway and the house was perfect for us. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in working order. The kids loved going down to the swimming pool and swam at least twice a day, every day. The adults played cards, watched golf, or whatever else they wanted to do. The house is just a short drive to numerous activities in Branson. We had a bell and will consider returning next year.

The house was perfect for our family.

We celebrated my parents 55th Anniversary. We had 18 of us. 11 grandchildren. They loved the bunk room and game room and we had lots of competitions on the basketball and pickle ball courts. If we had any questions or issues they were answered and resolved promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Location

We really enjoyed the stay! It is very spacious and the amenities were exactly what our large family needed. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed. The house was very clean and well stocked. There were small things we needed like extra trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and pool towels. Adam and Meredith were very quick to respond to any inquiries I had about the property. We had a great time and kept commenting to each other how great the property was! Thanks for a great vacation!!

Awesome place!

We were a group of 4 couples & our 9 teenager/young adult kids. The place fit us perfectly! The teenagers LOVED the bunkroom with each bed having its own plug in for their phones. We also enjoyed a pickleball tournament one night & a sunny day in the outdoor pool with another rainy day in the indoor pool. Kitchen was well stocked for our group. Big open area on the main floor...we never felt on top of each other. The only thing we didn't find were cookie sheets for baking. The only negative comments were it was warm when we got there, but texted & by that night the air conditioning was back on & cooled off. Also, the clothes dryer took way too many cycles to get towels dried, but we managed since we spent a lot of time hanging out at the house. All around excellent place & we definitely wanna come again!!

Family trip to Tablerock

This house was great for our family weekend get together. Bedrooms and bathrooms for each family and the kiddos loved the bunk beds. Access to the indoor pool was amazing and it came in handy since one of our days was full of rain. The views were great and we had quick access to any where we wanted to go. We will definitely stay here again on our next family trip to Branson. The communication with the host was very easy and friendly. We all loved it!!

FANTASTIC!

This place is absolutely wonderful! Clean and well decorated, everything has been thought of for your convenience. Easy to get to the strip and a view of Table Rock, with private pool hours for you and your party…what more could you ask for? Unit is handicap accessible, and one bed/bathroom is totally set up for accessibility. Highly recommend!
