„My family had to start our travels earlier than planned in attempt to out drive developing storms.I asked Erin for an earlier check-in and it was granted.Upon entrance, there was a personalized sign to welcome us, which helped me forget my wetness and weary. The location is what my family considers country! For us, that meant a bit of a retreat. The rain brought some crawlers out that had us carefully looking down to stop causing massacres. „We enjoyed the well appointed cabin. Had everything we needed: fridge, stove, microwave. The small space worked well. Also enjoyed the property including the view of the pond and the nice pool. The Host’s instructions were great and their responsiveness was on point. Great location for Round Top, Bellville, Brenham, LaGrange.“

„The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is when you view the home on VRBO it doesn’t say that the train runs right in front of the house. The train runs every 30min and is very loud. We had older people with us and they hardly slept. I finally was able to go deeper and find out about the train, but it needs to be posted on the main page. Sorry wearing ear plugs didn’t help either. “

„The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.“
