Downtown Santa Ana is great and has coffee and shops within walking distance. Check in was extremely easy, receiving codes and details a few hours before check-in. The secure garage was a plus and we felt very safe knowing only residents of the building had access. There was a nice gym and lobby area for the building as well. « Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area. »

« Very cute had everything you needed for long term stay (laundry detergent, pots, pans, toiletries, etc). I liked that there was covered parking and AC. It was on the first floor so there were bugs (can of insect spray quickly fixed the problem) and you could hear upstairs neighbors walking. Property owners were very responsive and called weekly to check in. Would recommend. »

« I liked that the property had two doors! And a gate! And it’s own first come, first serve basis parking! One thing though would probably to add curtains to the windows and door because it is quite in the open. But besides that, the owner was very helpful and everything was great!
