« My stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me. « j'avais réservé une chambre standard mais lorsque j'arrive le receptionniste m'annonce qu'il n'y en a pas de libre en revanche il me propose une chambre de luxe pour un supplément de 704 roupies par jour (= env 10 euros) Je refuse en disant que j'ai réservé au vu de la disponibilité d'une chambre standard et qu'ils se débrouillent Après plusieurs jours en chambre de luxe enfin une chambre standard se libère et je peux changer de chambre Heureusement lors du départ ils ne m'ont pas fait payer...

« This hôtel is not comfy. We booked for 3 rooms. But the room are so tiny that we forced them to open an other room. Whithout Windows so you feel like suffocatinng. Same for the toilets. The hygiène is not there. And most important the area is awful. »

« The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...

« Booked on-line easy check in, room clean. Bathroom was pretty clean. Great wifi.helpful staff.Except the the bed linen it didn't feel clean. Cushions had lots of blood like stains which you could see through the covers. I used my own blanket and used a Tshirts over the Cushions. When i complained they didn't think it was a big deal..as im from the uk my expectations of cleanliness was very high compared to there's. »

« Good location for exploring South Mumbai. Even though shower & toilet facilities are separate, they are clean with good water pressure in showers & hot water. Rooms are spacious and have tv. There is a cook who makes a good cup of chai. WiFi needs a new code every day and does not always work. »

« I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit...
