« 2 of the hot tubs did not work properly. The location was good but there was not shuttle service to take you up and down the main street. You are on your own. The restaurant and bar staff was nice and pleasant. The front desk staff were very nice but so new they did not have a lot of information to help us. We really enjoyed a property a year ago that has a shuttle to call and were very helpful. I was surprised at a premium property on the strip would have not been more helpful. »

« The location was great the room was clean and comfortable. Getting in and out however was a nightmare! The instructions were terrible, the door lock wouldn’t work after we finally tracked down the right location to check in, which was totally different that the lame instructions. We wasted a good two to three hours between the check in and them figuring out the code issue - ridiculous! »

« The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication! »

« The individual rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. Parking situation is very cramped and, on our last day, half of it was inexplicably closed off. This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. As a result when I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and blankets, I was told they couldn't...
