Great house - 2nd stay

We love the house and its location. This was our second stay. We found it to be a bit shop worn and in need of some maintenance such as loose faucets, an inoperable bathroom fan, some burned out light bulbs. Nothing major and, again, we love the house and hope we left it in as good of or better condition than when we arrived.

Awesome April

Fantastic cabin extremely well located. Drop off the back of the cabin to ride down to Peak 9 and 10 Superchair's, or a short drive to the parking lot for the Breck Connect Gondola to Peaks 7 and 8.The free shuttle buses also maker it easy to get around with the closest shuttle stop literally outside the cabin.Our clan of eleven people ranged from 8 years old to 53, all of whom loved the cabin. Lot's of space to chill in groups or all together.

The location of this house was the best! Lots of room to play outside and inside. There were several separated spaces so everyone could get away for a bit. We had a great time and hope to be back!

Our family had an unforgettable ski holiday, and the experience was truly enhanced by the exceptional accommodations.The location was perfect—just a short distance from downtown, offering both convenience and easy access to everything we needed. Great Mountain house to unwind

This house was perfect for our little getaway with friends! The perfect distance from town and lots of space for work and play! The management company was easy to reach. They provided detail instruction for checkin and checkout! We will be come back again!

Great property. Very clean. Lots of space. Beautiful views. Quiet. Easy to find. My only complaint would be the proximity to shuttle buses to ski lifts. We saw shuttles but they either didn’t stop or it wasn’t well marked where to catch the shuttles

A great place for a large family reunion

We stayed at this property in late August 2024. The house is warm and inviting, with a well-furnished kitchen, game room areas, and several nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The house and furnishings are a bit dated, but we didn't mind that at all. In addition, communications with the property management company were outstanding before, during and after our stay. We can highly recommend this property and Summit Mountain Rentals, the property manager. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 6 couples tackle this trip. This home was more than enough space and the location was great! The ski in was perfect for intermediate skiers (boarders not so much), but the silver shuttle was right across the street. It shuttles right at the Quicksilver chair. Great communication with the property managers.

Guys weekend

We had 12 adults and there was room for everyone! Enjoyed the downstairs living room with pool table and large tv to watch US Open. Also close enough to downtown, $20-25 Lyft to the nightlife. The views were amazing also! Would definitely come back and highly recommend this property for your next vacation!! We did run out of propane, but one text and a full and spare tank were dropped off within the hour!

Since there was an historic lack of snow the house was a lifesaver.First, the pictures do not do it justice. We had 11 people, four families. The place is large and well laid out. Everyone had private space and there are 2 family areas. We never even used one of those. The kitchen is large and fairly well equipped. We discovered a couple of small needs and a text to the management group was quickly answered and problem solved. They are very good.The views are incredible. The private hot tub was great. It is a short drive into town and I do recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Overall, this is one of the nicest places I have ever rented. A real value.

Great location, beautiful views, easy management service to ask questions with quick answers.

Loved our family getaway. I didn’t enjoy having to self clean the oven because it was so coated in grease that we couldn’t use it. The home itself needs deep cleaning, but it’s a wonderful location, easy to get in and out, easy mgmt to deal with and we appreciated that someone checked on the hot tub to make sure it was running well during our stay.
