    This 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom premium home home is perfect for families or groups of up to six – and the family pup is welcome, too! Walking into the living area, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, great natural light, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for trading stories after the day’s mountain adventures. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with new cabinetry, quartz counters, a professional grade gas range and other quality appliances. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for six more at the counter.

    Outside, the spacious deck features your own private hot tub, a gas grill, and seating to take in the views. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Wellington Haus Was Great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful house in a great location. Easy walk to town and surrounded by trees. Even spotted some deer and fox at play. The house is very beautifully furnished and has everything you need for your stay. The only recommendations we would make to the owner is supplying screens for the windows that open and the patio door as well to improve air flow--although the large fans and ceiling fans did help. Also, some upgraded furniture for the very pretty deck would be nice to allow for dining, morning coffee, etc. Overall, we were very happy with the house and would stay there again.

The Wellington House is amazing! We were surrounded by trees and snow. There are houses around, but you don’t notice them. Loved the big windows, the Sonos system, the hot tub, and both showers are updated nicely! With the free ride system that Breck offers, made it so easy to get to the slopes, and downtown!

The check-in process and communication with the host was easy and great. We LOVED the location, such a nice/easy walk to town and pretty much anything you need. The house is a tad dated, which is fine. We mostly noticed it in the kitchen (had issues with the oven, the dishwasher is quite old but works). If you aren’t trying to cook anything major, that probably won’t matter though. They have an amazing deck with a hot tub (huge plus), we just wish they had more of an outdoor furniture set up. There were a couple plastic chairs and a lounge chair, but no real table with chairs to use for eating outside. The area is very quiet which is nice, and the primary bed/bath upstairs is quite spacious. The beds were pretty comfortable too. I’d say our biggest gripe for the price was that there was no AC in the house. It was only in the mid to high 60s each day and got to low 40s at night, but it was still 75 in the house. We all had a hard a bit of a hard time sleeping with the temperature. But again, if you go in colder months, it probably doesn’t matter. Just a struggle for the Summer time.

We had a great stay. The property was glean and cozy. There is a local fox that came around in the mornings which was amazing! We have some incredible photos.

Gorgeous stay in Breck!

Gorgeous home, better than the photos! Convenient walk to Main St, but secluded so you feel as if you’re miles away. Great windows and an expansive deck looking out on nature. The kitchen has everything you’ll need (we love preparing intricate meals at home on vacation with friends). We’ll come back again and again!

Beautiful home perfect location. Short walk or drive into town. Easy access to the ski lift or shuttle. Hot tub is a godsend after skiing. Clean. Comfortable. Well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook! 10/10 would recommend l!
