„Giving it 5 Stars because of Curtis - gentleman who was on duty that night. Wyndham had some system updates going on and our registration was not showing at hotels desk. Curtis was very apologetic about the whole situation. He pulled out paper work to do off line check in. then he called his manager (at 4 am) to inform the situation and completed the registration. He saved the night and I'm very thankful for his help and courtesy.“
