« Booked for 5 person, only 2 beds, I had to pay 10$ for an uncomfortable additionnal bed. People were smoking marijuane in their rooms close to us, and even cooked. Wonderful smell when you want to sleep »

« The breakfast doesn't have a lot of appetizing items. My order was wrong and the potatoes had too much salt.the staff was excellent and very helpful. The part to seal up the air conditioner was hanging off a bit. I wish they had bathtub's and microwaves inside the rooms. But other than that everything was great. »

« Staff are very friendly. The facility needs to be updated. Broken furniture in the rooms. Bathroom needs updating. Fortunately they were having the carpets, furniture and window treatments cleaned as we were checking out. Great location. »

« My family and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we paid 521.00 for two nights m. The carpets need a deep cleaning, the security latch on the door was missing a screw, everything was covered in dust, the pipes in the wall screeched if water temperature was on hot. No one came to switch out our towels or sheets, when we inquired stated we need to go to the front desk. « Belle grande chambre, propre, bien aménagée avec frigo, micro-ondes, beaucoup de prises électriques, belle douche, serviettes douces et épaisses. Déjeuner varié. Seul point négatif: le personnel à l’accueil. Aucun sourire, ne répond pas aux questions. Se contente de réciter son texte sur ce qui est permis ou pas et l’heure du déjeuner. Insiste sur l’interdiction de marijuana. »

« Great team of staff. I requested to check in early and front desk staff were so sweet and allowed me to have my room 3 hours before 3pm. Amazing hotel. Nice breakfast. It was not fancy but the quality was exellent. Super close to the Met train station. All and all. I was very pleased. »

« The hotel staff was amazing and the bartenders and staff at the Alto Restaurant on the rooftop were also fantastic! The only complaints I have are that the AC did not cool down as well as we would have liked. The lowest we could get it to was 70/71 and it was not comfortable for sleeping. Also, the bed had a protective padding under the fitted sheet that was very pilled, so it felt a little bumpy, like sand was underneath the sheet. »
