The property's location and accessibility to the lake made it a stunning staycation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness of the cottage could be better, many parts were dusty and dirty. The patio had too many spiders and cobwebs. Also, we couldn't use the canoe because it was filled wit spiders. The mattress in the bunk-bed room wasn't levelled so that did cause a little bit of discomfort. During our stay the ac wasn't working at all! Overall, the host was very friendly and easily reachable and the view made every other drawback look really small.

We had an amazing stay at this cottage! The lakeview was absolutely beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day outdoors, and we loved using the BBQ patio for family meals. The fire pit created such a cozy atmosphere in the evenings, and it was a great spot for roasting marshmallows under the stars.The cottage itself was clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free. The host was welcoming, friendly, and always quick to respond, which made the experience even better.Overall, it was the perfect getaway spot—peaceful, scenic, and with all the right amenities. Highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay with family and friends! We wanted one last weekend by the lake before summer ended, and this place was perfect. We spent the weekend swimming and kayaking, had the barbecue and fire pit going, and relaxed in the hot tub and sauna. The host was friendly, responsive, and made communication super easy. Would definitely recommend!

A total of 13 guests stayed in the cottage for 4 days. The cottage has what we need and enough supplies for us to use. The biggest concern was the huge amount of flies we found inside the cottage in which we killed more than 50 flies. Also, the source of water is a Well and their is no generator, so when we had brown out during our first night, though, the electricity came back after 20 mins, we did not have any water at all (not even to flush the toilet) the entire night. The water only came back when Allen, the maintenace guy came around 8am to re start the pump.On the other hand, Atti, the owner is so quick in responding to my messages.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakeside home! The view of the lake was absolutely stunning — perfect to wake up in the morning. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the peaceful scenery, and the kayaks were a great way to explore the water right from the property. The house was clean, well-equipped, and felt very welcoming. It was the perfect balance of comfort and nature. We can’t wait to come back!

We just spent a boys weekend here and it couldn’t have been better. The cottage is spacious, super clean, and really well equipped. The view of Lake Simcoe from the patio is unreal, especially at sunset. We made full use of the sauna and the BBQ got a lot of use too. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had more than enough space. Loved the big dining area and the open kitchen, perfect for group meals. Also appreciated how fast the Wi-Fi was and how much parking there was for five cars. The Polish guy was super helpful and answered all of our questions. His wisdom and courage was appreciated.It’s rare to find a place that looks even better in person than it does in the photos. Would definitely come back and we are already talking about booking again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning – we loved sitting outside in the evenings just to take them in. Gorgeous lakeview cottage

We had a wonderful friend union at this cottage. The lakeview off the back deck was breath taking. Property had everything we needed which and was in great condition. The hot tub and sauna was a treat especially in this weather. We will recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Nice and central location, overlooks the water! Plenty of rooms for everyone, and check-in was a smooth process. My only constructive feedback is that some of the skylights had flies in them, and the water in the hot tub did not appear to be well maintained.

Wonderful Lakefront Cottage!

My friends and I stayed at this Lakefront Cottage with Hottub for one day, we enjoyed our stay. The cottage is large with 5 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms come with king size beds, 2 bedrooms come with queen size beds and other bedroom has bunk bed. We had great experience stayed at the cottage!

Beautiful waterfront cottage!

The owner of the Waterfront Cottage is a very nice host and answer my questions very quick. The hot tub is comfortable, warm, enjoyable while using hot tub and watching lake view and snow fallen were a great experience. We also like to use the sauna. The cottage has private direct waterfront allow us went down to the iced lake.

Beautiful cottage with a great Lake view and sunset view. Just as described, friendly hosts. Great hot tub and nicely stocked kitchen. The best part is enjoy hot tub at the outdoor and enjoy private direct waterfront. Will definitely be back!

Relaxing stay at the direct waterfront cottage on lake simcoe!

I booked this cottage last minute for my parents and me since they were able to book off a Friday, and it was the perfect place for them to unwind! The view of Lake Simcoe is so beautiful that, despite the chillier weather, we spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the hot tub and BBQ. There’s a glass roof above the deck, which was great since it helped us stay a bit warmer. The cottage itself was spacious and had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a big dining and living room area where we played one of the games the host provided for guests. From booking to check-in, the host was super accommodating and made everything so easy for us. We all watched a movie before bed, and it was nice that my room also had its own TV because I was able to stay up watching more after my parents went to sleep. My parents really loved the sauna too and used it after waking up early to catch the sunrise! We all left feeling recharged and can’t wait to come back for a longer stay next time, hopefully with the rest of our family!

Stunning Waterfront Retreat at Lake Simcoe

This waterfront cottage at Lake Simcoe is a hidden gem with an amazing view of the lake. It has a spacious and glass awning covered deck with a BBQ, patio set, and a hot tub overlooking the water which makes it the perfect place for a getaway during any season. The cottage is beautiful and has five bedrooms and a sauna in one of the bathrooms that we enjoyed. There is also a large dining and living room area by the fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for large gatherings. The host was also welcoming and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Located just an hour from Toronto, this cottage is perfect for both intimate getaways and larger group stays. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return with a bigger group to enjoy this peaceful retreat again!
