The Experience



The Firefly is a bright and inviting Broken Bow cabin tucked among the trees, offering a comfortable getaway with plenty of space for families and groups to relax and have fun together. With an open layout, warm wood details, and a peaceful wooded setting, this cabin makes it easy to settle in and enjoy a slower pace while staying close to everything Hochatown has to offer.



Inside, soaring ceilings and large windows fill the main living area with natural light, while comfortable seating around the fireplace creates an easy gathering spot for the whole group. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living spaces with a large island for extra seating, and 4 king bedrooms plus a bunk room with four queen beds provide plenty of room to spread out and recharge.



Outside, the fun continues with a covered deck featuring an outdoor fireplace, lounge seating, ping pong, dining space, a grill, and a hot tub for relaxing among the trees. Kids can enjoy the playset while the fire pit and cornhole give everyone even more ways to spend time outdoors, making The Firefly a welcoming home base for laid-back cabin days and Broken Bow adventures.

Located in Broken Bow near Hochatown, The Firefly offers convenient access to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, Mountain Fork River, restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking, and family attractions. This property is located off a gravel road. AWD or 4x4 vehicles may be preferred throughout some areas of Hochatown and Broken Bow.

While we love furry companions, this cabin is not pet friendly in order to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.



Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.



EV Charger Information

This property does not offer an EV charging station. Nearby fast charging stations are available at Choctaw Casino.



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.



Event Policy

Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin.



Nature & Environment

One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.



Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.



During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.



Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.



We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.



What To Bring

We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.

Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:

- Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies

- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

- Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent

- Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed
