Hotel Brookville

« The room was clean, the bed was comfortable & the area was quiet. Close to downtown. The only problem was there was a crack in the floor of the bathtub so I had to stay to the back or keep my feet along the edge. I did inform staff but they were booked solid so couldn't move us. Other than that would stay here again. »

« Very nice place to stay »

« So bad. So totally dirty. This was my first experience with getting bed bugs. It smelled. Everything was sticky. So gross. I stayed 4 hours then got out of there asap. I avoided touching anything. Really really bad. Sheets were stained. Beds uncomfortable. No way would any of this pass inspection. »

« It was a great option for the weekend »

« Great staff. Room was clean and functional. Hot breakfast was good. Coffee station open 24/7. The only elevator was slow and noisy. The property was worn and dated. »

« It was fairly inexpensive; hotels/motels in Oxford hard to gets rooms based on campus activities and rates are jacked up when there are large events going on. The room layout was good but there is definite lack of maintenance. The window blind was broken so light and privacy was an issue. The window unit for heat and ac was so loud that we had it turned off during the night. Location was convenient. I would not stay there again. »

« Great place to stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. »

« Close to the lake »

« Clean room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Didn’t use the pool, but staff was very helpful and even gave us late check out when my husband woke up with a migraine »

« Some breakfast snacks would be nice given the price, but otherwise it was a nice stay »

« Calm clean and had breakfast. Around is beautiful »

« Very nice hotel! »

« The hotel is close to the restaurants and supermarkets stores. Welcoming people at the front desk. Quiet , clean, wide and comfortable room. I only regret the poor choice of food available for breakfast. »

« Very well maintained property, very clean, friendly people. Love it, »
