„Great place for our UP adventure. Loved how close the house was to Lake Superior coastline, and the place served as a great ‘home-base’ during our activities and travels. We had 4 adults, so the bed situation was fine. Could’ve used AC during our stay given the heat, but it was peak summer. The downstairs toilet is a trip to behold. Consider this a 1.25 bathroom property :)“

„Great stay at Jake’s bar. Location is right off M26, but surprisingly quiet. We were up to make some improvements on a newly acquired property and it was a great place to come back and rest and relax for the evening. “

„We loved the serenity and beauty of this “ off the beaten path “ home. It was large enough to house our 6 young grandchildren, their parents and us. Absolutely loved it! Fished a little bit, kids fished, and enjoyed Houghten. Thank you!“

„This home is beautiful and spacious! Designed by Allen 20 years ago and built with attention to every detail. The property is peaceful and secluded. A wonderful escape! And the food!!! Debbie is an excellent cook and we had a delicious and filling breakfast. We felt very welcome, almost like family!“
