« This was a quick trip for business so we spent only one night. I would have gladly spent the whole weekend if the situation would have allowed. This is a clean, well planned small home with many welcoming touches. I would definitely book this place again. »

« We had the best time. The property is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Melissa was amazing to work with from the booking process through check out. It was our first time in Oak Island and we loved it. The location of the house is great- right between the ocean and the intercostal. Melissa shared recommendations for restaurants and everything we tried was fantastic. Our whole family had an amazing time and want to go back. »

We are all senior citizens and was grateful to find a rancher with no steps except to get in. Property as described. Kim kept in touch and was always available for questions. « Great location for 2-6 people (3 bedrooms/2bath) and dogs with easy access to the beach, grocery stores, and shops. Fantastic deck to greet the morning sun and relax and look at the stars at night. Host included linens and towels which was a big plus. So grateful to find an affordable house that is walking distance to the beach that allows pets. »

« My partner and I stayed here for the Oak Island Marathon race in February. The place is immaculate. We always look for a pool table and hot tub if we can find them and this place definitely delivered. The pool table room is amazing. We did have an unfortunate noise incident with a dog in the tiny house out back, but the owner made sure it was taken care of and communicated with me professionally and thoroughly. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again. »

« The Cheeky Tiki gave our family opportunity to spend Thanksgiving together with our dogs. Upon entering it was clear how clean everything was. The layout worked well for us. Each bedroom had pleanty of charging stations and screens. My son was able to work and zoom while the rest of us socialized. He was not interrupted by our merriment. Thanksgiving dinner was easily cooked in the modern spacious kitchen. We spread out on the welcoming farm table. The table became family central each...
