Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Altstadt ist sehr gut. Allerdings ist es nachts wegen betrunkener und lärmender Touristen laut. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, die Bäder aber veraltet. Es gibt keine gesonderten Duschen. Zum Duschen muss man erst mühselig in die schmalen Badewannen klettern. Ältere Gäste werden hier ein Problem haben. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut; der Service jedoch schlecht. Man wird oft links liegen gelassen und nicht gefragt, ob man z. B. noch einen Kaffee will. Am Wochendende war das Hotel überfüllt. Deshalb gab es lange Wartezeiten, um zum Frühstück überhaupt einen Platz zu bekommen. Hatte man dann einen Platz, hat es eine halbe Stunde gedauert, ehe man bedient wurde. Fazit: Das Hotel ist allenfalls 4 Sterne wert.

Achtung : mit dem Frühstück versucht das Hotel Geld zu verdienen! Im November 17 waren warme Speisen mit auf dem Frühstücksbuffet und im Preis inkludiert. Jetzt im März 18 gab es nur ein kontinentales Frühstück was im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist, nicht besonderes . Wer jetzt warme Speisen wollte mußte entweder pauschal 7,- € mehr zahlen d.h. 36,- € für ein Frühstück oder einzelne warme Eierspeisen u.a. separat bezahlen. Auch lässt der Service nach. Das Zimmer, das Bad, war um 21.ooh noch nicht für die Nacht vorbereitet. Das Housekeeping wurde informiert und gebeten das Zimmer zu machen. Die unnötige Rückfrage wann diese denn kommen sollten, enthielt die entsprechende Antwort, nicht morgen sondern jetzt, deswegen der Anruf.

Sehr freundliches, aufgeschlossenes Personal !! Man wir bereits vor dem Eingang begrüßt. Kein Parkplatz, aber sehr guter Parkservice. Es kostet 30,- € pro Tag, dafür ist das Auto aber gut aufgehoben und wird bei Bedarf schnell gebracht. Da man direkt am Großen Platz wohnt, kann man zu Fuss überall bequem hin.

This Hotel is the Best. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The staff are over the top. Haluk, one of the concierges was awesome. He recommended and booked our lunch and dinners and the places we ate were wonderful. Also, in the Bar Magritte, Gohanna was our hostess and she was great. She remembered our babes and took special care of us . I highly recommend this hotel. And we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property close by to the Grand Place. Multiple options for nearby shopping and eateries. Very friendly and prompt staffs. Excellent services. Our room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff was great in cleaning and provide bottle waters daily. Make sure to request coffee maker and/or tea in room bc they are not automatically placed in room. Highly recommended
