Nice pet friendly home
The house is so friendly for a pet vacay. The yard is fully fenced and doggy bags provided. The house is beautifully decorated with everything you'd need for an executive stay. The neighborhood isn't as nice as this home was, but the garage was available for parking which made me feel more secure. The host was lovely and very responsive.

Hidden Gem
I absolutely loved our stay! The host was very communicative and helpful. Offered suggestions for the event I wanted to use it for, and even kept in touch periodically for our needs. The property is great; perfect for the Ring Dunk and has just the right amount of space. Home is decorated beautifully, but we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy it further. Many amenities and little tools for the guest.

Adorable Inside and Out
From the giant tv in the living room to the cozy beds to the lighted Pavillion in the backyard, you will not be disappointed no matter the reason for your stay. The host is super helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Self check in and out added to the overall experience. We highly recommend.

Perfect.
This was a perfect retreat for my family to escape to while our own home was being repaired last summer! It is comfortable, clean and stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The backyard provides additional living space and we especially appreciated that the property is pet friendly. The hosts were easily reachable and helpful, plus Sweet Abigail even allowed us to pop back over to retrieve a forgotten cat bowl after we left.

Review of stay
Great house, but did lack of few of the things that we needed. Cooking pans- we were trying to warm up rolls and had nothing to cook them on. There were also very few towels for the 5 people we had in there.

We appreciate your feedback so much! While we started with the basics and have been adding things as requests come up, I would have loved to have been able to help with this! I can usually have items delivered to the house within 2-3 hours! Will definitely make sure these are in my next order of supplies. As for the towels, the laundry room should be home to 30+ towels so I’m not sure where the disconnect happened but I definitely appreciate the feedback! Please don’t ever hesitate to reach out with concerns during your stay! I would love to be able to accommodate while you’re there ♥️

Cute, Clean and Cozy House
This is a precious house and great for an Aggie event. We used it for two Aggie ring dunks. It was drizzling and cold and the covered patio worked out great. Cozy and clean inside house. Narrow streets so parking was tight but it all worked out. Wish I could attached a pic of how cute the covered patio looked for our girls dunk. Gig ‘Em 👍

Perfect!!
We had a wonderful stay (except the Aggies lost to Alabama;) The hostess was quick to respond to my questions. The house was very clean and they thought of everything (Q-tips, cotton balls, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, etc). The house is in a quite neighborhood just a short drive to Kyle field. The area reminds me of the Heights in Houston. I will stay here again during my next trip to the Bryan/College Station area.

Cute Aggie Home
A very nice, well stocked, well maintained home in a quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was the door lock wouldn’t respond to our access code. It could have been operator error. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Graduation weekend
We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and it was perfect. Everyone had a great time and the house was just what we needed. Rooms are clean and spacious, decor is lovely and location fit our need’s perfect. I wish it had been cooler so we could enjoy the backyard entertaining area more.

A Cool Place
A great place to stay. The bedrooms were all comfortable. The kitchen and living rooms were great areas to hang out when we were there. The neighborhood is quiet and it's easy to get to from both College Station and Bryan. The property contact was very helpful and prompt in replying to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable gingerbread like house!
We loved our stay! The house was very clean and adorably decorated. The beds were comfortable and we loved having use of the amenities. It was too hot during our stay to enjoy the backyard (we just wanted back into the air conditioning, lol) but the backyard, gazebo and tv are very nice touches. This is the perfect house for couples or families/small groups. Every bedroom had its own tv and with 2 full baths, it can accommodate a group. Aby was so easy to work with and if we ever come back to Bryan, we definitely will request staying here!

One of the best places we have stayed!
Alma and Aby’s home was perfect for our 4-H trip! We had 4 teenage girls and two moms. The house was clean! Beds were comfortable and the pillows weren’t flat like most rentals! When we were at the house, we spent most of our time in the backyard on the patio. We could hang our hammocks under the big trees and chill, or sit at the table and play games or eat! We WILL be booking this place for our trip next year!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Abigail's, Aggieland, Home Sweet Home! The home was so welcoming, clean and well furnished and equipped to meet all of our needs during our stay. The backyard covered patio became our family gathering place and was perfect! We had a plumbing issue mid-way during our stay. Abigail arranged for a plumber to come ASAP and the problem was fixed in no time. Abigail had excellent communication and truly cared about our comfort during our stay.

Property was nice and had a great outdoor area for gathering. Main living area a bit small for a gathering. Kitchen could use more silverware and items were set up or put away in strange places. There were items in the refrigerator when we arrived like owners lived there and left for the weekend. Had access to the garage which was nice. Large parking area for several cars.

The property was just as expected. Abigail was great to work with and the towns of Bryan and College Station had pleanty to offer for food. We picked a central place as we were spending time in Waco, San Antonio and Houston during our visit.

Our family came for an Aggie came! We had a great stay! The beds were comfortable and home was furnished with everything we needed! We really enjoyed the large couch in the living room! It was a great place for all of us to hang out together! The patio was beautiful…wish it had been a little cooler for us to enjoy it more! Abigail was great and was always quick to respond! The home is super convenient and within 10-15 min from anything we needed!

Lovely Home, Lovely Host
This was an amazing place for my family to relax while our A/C was being repaired during record high temperatures. The home itself is newer, well-maintained, preciously appointed, extremely comfy, and super clean! We live near the area and know it well, so we were not at all put off by the older surrounding neighborhood. It is very quiet, safe, and is close to everything! The backyard space is a wonderful place to relax and the exterior is well-lit all around. Our host was super responsive the entire stay and was always courteous and accommodating. We could not have had picked a better place for twice the price! We will definitely be recommending and booking again in the future should the need arise for ourselves or for friends and family. ^__^

Our family of four stayed here for several days. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and be comfortable. It has everything you need. The house is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Good showers. It also has a nice back yard to enjoy. I gave everything 5 stars except the neighborhood. I gave it 4 stars just because it’s a pretty tightly packed area. We have a large pickup so it was a little difficult to maneuver. It wouldn’t be a problem for a car or smaller vehicle. I would highly recommend this house for your stay in Bryan/College Station area.

Adorable home
My son and I enjoyed our stay at this adorable home. It is decorated with lots of love. It had everything we needed to make our stay great! There was plenty of room and we had lots of space to spread out. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. The backyard is a great place to hang out even though there is not grass. We brought our Goldendoodle puppy and he was a little apprehensive about the area when he needed to go potty. It all went well though. He figured it out. The neighborhood felt safe even though some of the area is run down. The house has security cameras too. The owner went above and beyond to answer our questions. She even emailed the first day of our stay to make sure our check in went smooth. We would definitely stay here again.
