We came in for the Polar Express and this location was perfect. You were right across the street from it and the Christmas lights could be seen from the balcony overlooking the main road.

The apartment was beautiful, nicely decorated with christmas decor. Very clean. I will stay here again. The dolce bakery below was very nice also, all owned by same folks. They are very nice. I would recommend to ask my friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Perfect spot to stay in Bryson city! Can see the entire downtown from the balcony. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds. Living room furniture very comfortable as well! Will definitely stay here for our next visit.

The Everette suite met our expectations. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. We were pleasantly surprised how close the location is to the Polar Express train. The balcony overlooked all that we needed to see and the space was just right for our family of four. The host was very kind and pleasant. Wished we had more time to explore the town. We enjoyed our stay and this will be our choice if we ever pass through again.

The Everett Suite is a great property in an amazing location. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with great shops and restaurants just steps away. We will definitely stay here again. One thing to be aware of... The property is right across the street from the Great Smokey Mountain Railway, so you will hear some train noise in the morning. We are typically early risers anyway, so it was nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. We give it a solid A rating!

The room was just as the pictures stated, the location compared to the GSMR was great and we didnt have to pay the extra 10 for parking. The coffee cafe was wonderful and the food was good. We meant the hostess and her father and they were both very nice people. Check in was a breeze and we would stay there again. The picture posted is how close you are to the railroad....

We loved our stay in the Everett Suite! The room was as described- beds were comfortable and the linens smelled fresh! We were so appreciative that the host set up a pack and play for our daughter who was traveling with us - a kind gesture that was above and beyond! This was a great place to stay, clean and accommodating. The balcony overlooking the train crossing and Everett Street was great for sitting out and enjoying time together, watching the train and traffic drive by. Lots of local restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again.
