« The room was cold when we arrived and the radiators were ineffective. Fortunately it was warmer when we returned from dinner. The bureaucracy associated with online check in was excessive ie submitting passport details and photo, and precise checkin time. info from three different organisations, and lists of instructions and rules for check in and out. I like to book and turn up on the day. »

« I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...

« Nice apartment for three people. Sofa bed really helped us. Well presented with off road parking and nearby shops/takeway. Good communication with landlord. We used this for access to LHR which is only 30 minutes away. »

« Location on the map is wrong. No emails received with instructions. WiFi not working. TV functioning but no connected to any aerial or Internet, so not working. No heating on when I arrived so the place was freezing, I understand you don't want to have the heating on all day, but still... And finally the toilet seat was already broken and falling off. I do not write bad reviews a lot, but I thought I should write one so other people know what to expect... »

« Bedrooms small with basic beds and duvets. Bedside tables and lamps missing. No USB sockets. Only stark overhead lighting. Bare walls. Bathroom old fashioned. Kitchen missing basic equipment. Close to the M40, so noise 24 hrs a day with windows open. Misleading on VRBO website - not as promised "a luxury country retreat in a very comfortable apartment in a relaxed setting". Swimming pool and games room an asset but personally would not recommend. »

« First the bad things. You have to register with Truvi for a damage waiver. That costs either £10 or £40. 'Parking Available' means parking on a fairly busy road. Entrance to the property is via a metal staircase which is treacherous when wet. The bed is very small. Good things. Property is clean, well equipped, and very quiet. It's also above a Co-op shop which is very convenient. It's also handy for High-Wycombe and the M40. All in all it's ok, but feels a little expensive. »

« Access to the flat and parking was easy and convenient. The flat was a good size and modern. However we did have to contact the owners as the kitchen, dishes, cutlery and appliances were very dirty. The bathtub was not clean and the double bed linens had an odd smell which lingered in the flat until they removed the bedding We reached out to the owners and sent them pictures they were very responsive and apologetic »

« Terrible. Bathroom/Shower disgusting, couldn't shower. Mirror was unusable due to dirt, water marks, damp. Mould in the shower, smelt fusty. Dirt under beds, old yoghurt wrappers. Shouldn't be advertised for a family, if had option to stay elsewhere at last munute we would have done. »

« Had quite a few issues with the property most of which were not fixed. Didn’t get any WiFi throughout my time at the property which fair I was refunded for. Had to sleep on a bed which was broken , which I told the owner about but was not fixed. I only got a call on the day before my listing was finished to fix the bed. The place where the bins are deposited was never cleared throughout the listing (5 weeks) so was full of bins and was starting to smell. »

"TrĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ©s/prix situĂ© dans une zone avec des fast food ouvert jusqu’à trĂšs tard le soir et une station essence. Personnel trĂšs comprĂ©hensif (nous sommes français) et ils ont rĂ©ussi Ă  nous comprendre. Ils parlent mĂȘme un petit peu français. HĂŽtel propre, la chambre Ă©tait comme il le fallait. Un peu loin de Londres mais aucun problĂšme puisque la station de mĂ©tro la plus proche (Stanmore) est Ă  30minutes. Nous avons passons est un trĂšs bon sĂ©jours. Et surtout une trĂšs trĂšs bonne nuit, les lits Ă©taient trĂšs confortables. "
