« Our stay started with the receptionist saying I needed to pay again even though the booking was prepaid. Eventually after contacting hotels.com this was resolved but he walked away from me and refused to deal with the issue until the morning. Additionally, the bathroom was infested with wasps and although there were others to use and it was eventually resolved, it wasn't ideal. The room felt comfortable and spacious but the plugs were a little temperamental and there was no air conditioning....

« We were in Budapest with friends and really enjoyed our stay in the accommodation. Communication with Betty was super pleasant and uncomplicated. The house is a nice size and you quickly feel very comfortable. We would recommend the accommodation to everyone. »
