clean, well located, rooms functional and appropriate. Unfortunately, during two of the three nights, table tennis was played in the courtyard in the late evening around 23:00. Due to the acoustics of the courtyard, sleeping was therefore only possible with the window closed.

Nettes Großstadthotel….. aber. Teile des Personals zeigen sich freundlich und bemüht, andere mehr gelangweilt und der Gäste überdrüssig. Zimmerreinigung war unkoordiniert (2x nur 1 Handtuch im Doppelzimmer.) . Getränkeautomat enthält warme Getränke (Bier). Die Lage ist top.

Alles war sehr gut, bis auf ein Punkt: Der Transfer zum Flughafen. Wir hatten einen Transfer bestellt und dann in der Lobby gewartet. Wir mussten mehrmals nachfragen, bis sich herausstellte, dass der Transfer mittlerweile 1 Stunde Verspätung hat. Dadurch haben wir uns selber ein Taxi organisiert und es war zeitlich hektisch, damit wir noch unser Flugzeug erreicht haben.

Alles okay soweit, zentrale Lage, sehr freundlicher Empfang, schneller Check-in, saubere Zimmer, super Bad. Negativ: Frühstück mangelhaft, Personal steht sich unterhaltend am Rand des Speiseraums und kümmert sich nicht um die Gäste, Tische werden nicht abgeräumt, keine Parkmöglichkeit.

Das Hotel hat eine mega gute Lage! Gleich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle und Metro in der Nähe.Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich! Ich habe dort sehr gut geschlafen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen.

Traumhafte Lage - nahe Donau, zwischen Palästen. Sehr solides Hotel, professionell geführt . Sehr ruhige Zimmer. Super Service an Rezeption und Gastro.
