The hotel has a beautiful and magical atmosphere, especially with the lighting. Even on the third floor, you can really enjoy the atmosphere.
The location is excellent and close to everything. I could literally take a bus for just 3–4 stops to reach almost any tourist attraction. The area is lively, full of people and activity, and especially great for nightlife lovers. The room was generally clean, and we had a pleasant stay overall.
However, there are some things that should be improved. The coffee machine is very old and the water came out mixed with limescale, which did not seem clean. To be fair, we asked for a kettle and the staff provided one.
The morning receptionist could also be more welcoming and smile a little instead of making guests feel ignored.
The check-in policy is extremely strict. We arrived 4 hours early and waited the entire time on the sofa. They would not let us enter even 5 minutes before 2 PM, which felt unnecessarily strict.
The key card for entering the hotel from outside did not work, so every time we returned, we had to ring the reception bell and wait for someone to open the door.
Finally, housekeeping entered our room with a key without knocking, although we had not requested cleaning. We politely asked her to return later when we were out.
Overall, a beautiful hotel with a great location and atmosphere, but there is room for improvement in these areas.
