„Lovely cosy cottage. All the contact with owner was very good and everything explained fully about the cottage. The parking was good but the roads out are very narrow and it’s a long walk into Bude on a busy road. The buses are unreliable too so we had to always drive into Bude which was quiet in October but I’m sure would be different in the tourist season. Overall for us we liked the cottage very much.“

„Wouldn’t recommend at all. Firstly, the accommodation is based on a camp site which is not made clear on the website. The specific area is ok but all a bit run down. The garden in the pictures is shared between all cottages and despite stating pet friendly has a sign saying “don’t let dogs on grass” So yes dogs can stay in cottages but not sure where else they can go? We arrived and our first cottage absolute stunk of damp. We had to be moved and the second cottage was ok. Definitely not 4* ...

„The accommodation was beyond our expectation. The swimming pool ,the games room were a wonderful for the two year old we had with us. The drive into Bude was only ten to fifteen minutes with excellent beaches. A well run operation, the owner welcomed us in. We intend to return with other members of the family.“

„Helen and Jonathan are lovely people and have made Honeysuckle Cottage home from home. We have 2 dogs and there were blankets, bowls, towels, even treats provided. There's everything in the kitchen you would need along with complementary bread,eggs,milk and afternoon tea. There's also books, dvds and toys. The folder with local walks, beeches, takeaways is really handy especially if you have dogs. The Hot tub is an added extra which we're glad we chose to take. So relaxing, we will definitely be ...

„An adults only site with a wide range of types of accommodation (and prices) to suit all needs. Really accommodating and helpful on arrival. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment has everything you require and is well designed and finished to a high specification. Situated in a quiet village it is easy to access Bude either by car or on foot (50 mins - 1 hr). Lots to do and see in the area so if you want to explore or just enjoy the tranquillity this is a perfect base.“

„dvd player war nicht vorhanden (obwohl angepriesen), keine Kaffeemaschiene nur Wasserkocher mit Quetschbehälter, WiFi gar nicht - nicht mal schlecht - dafür kostenlos, Telekommunikation null. Tief im Tal - Aussicht - grüne Wand. Für Leute, die vollkommen ihre Ruhe haben wollen - ideal. Für uns nur zum Schlafen geeignet.“

„It`s very basic and small, but clean and tidy - for a week ok. Old fashioned and with damp musty smell (there was an air dehumidifier) - we had to wash all our clothes after this week. Compare to our other cottages in this holiday the performance was lousy and the price we`d paid much too high.“

„Thatchways is a great place with character and great atmosphere. There are a lot of historical books about local history on the shelf to read by the fire at night to get into the vibes of the village. We got to enjoy beautiful sunsets every night. There is a lot for the children to explore and a great garden. We are glad that we found Crackington Haven and would recommend The Coombe Inn, both cafes and the village shop (run by locals) near the Institute up the road and we would definitely ...

„Das Haus war nicht leicht zu finden. Der Parkplatz in der Einfahrt war für unseren T5-Bus mit Fahrradträger knapp bemessen. Das Häuschen war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Spülmaschine ist eher ein Spülmaschinchen und die Sitzgelegenheiten sind für 6 Personen gerade so ausreichend. Probleme mit dem Müll und mit der Dusche konnten schnell gelöst werden. Eine vergessene Ladestation wurde nicht nachgeschickt, obwohl wir die Übernahme des Portos zusicherten.“

„Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in Kilkhamton und freuten und sehr über das wirklich gut ausgestattete Haus! Bequeme Betten, Netflix, schöne Einrichtung, gut sortierte Küche..!
